Paid for 8 nights stay, they argued it was only 7, screenshot attached clearly states 8 nights!!! the 8th night was booked and paid for so we had room to shower in before our late flight, as there is no courtesy room. Out of room 11am.. Monday... €150 deposit which ISN'T stated prior to booking. Very rude receptionist, got caught out by my daughter, who contacted manager direct due to not receiving deposit back due to "system " error which worked fine 5 minutes prior when I received our deposit back within 5 minutes. Won't be back again. Receptionist has no customer care. Pics 1. My booking for 8 nights 2. Dead insect in shower as soon as we arrived 3. Caribe in background, restaurant was shot out the week before we stayed there . Not the hotels fault obviously, but just to warn people

We had a fabulous week here. We stayed in a newly renovated room with a sea view, which we thought was superb. We had a great kitchen area with everything you could possibly need .The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned 5 times as per scheduled visits but we were given clean towels daily. The housekeepers were lovely as were all other staff we encountered. We did not find the hotel noisy at all. The hotel is in a great spot straight down a small hill to the beach. The pool area was lovely and peaceful. I must mention miami bar which is under the hotel. Full of locals and absolutely brilliant as well as cheap for food and drinks as well as brilliant owners/ hosts. This is our second time at Caribe and will not be our last.

The WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. Myself and two friends stayed here for one week we are well experienced travellers and have been away together on multiple occasions over the last 10 years.Initially we had no issues with the room apart from the fact there was a strong sewage smell in the toilet. From the offset the staff were rude and very unhelpful with anything we asked. We have been told by multiple people that it can be quite unsafe walking home at night therefore a friend of ours walked us home on a particular night and needed to charge his phone in order for a taxi to be rang, receptionist told us this was not possible as there is no strangers allowed in the rooms which we respected and sent this person immediately down the stairs, the receptionist was roaring in my friend’s face regarding the situation although we met his request immediately about removing our friend. We then had a warning notice posted into our room the following day stating that if we were to break a rule again, we would lose our deposit of €150 or be taken out of the room completely- following this there was no more incidents of breaking the rules. When we went to check out we were told our deposit had been forfeited as we have apparently had received noise complaints from the room next door to us, which he were never made aware of. Reception we’re unaware that the room next door to us were also friends of ours so this could not have been true it was clearly made up so that they did not have to give us back a deposit. I will never be back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t waste your money.

4th time staying here and loved it. Some of the negative reviews just make me laugh. Some complaints about not being able to play music round the pool, well that's the way it should be. Not everyone wants to hear someone else's music.. maybe just put some earphones in. And no smoking round the pool, not every one smokes and it's disgusting having to breathe that in when you don't smoke so I'm all for that. The complaints about not knowing about the 150 euro deposit. Well it tells you that when you book. We've never had a problem getting it back like some people say so I assume it's been a problem with the system or something. The location is perfect for us to get to see band's in Costa adeji and los Christians. We self go self catering and the supermarket across the road is great value. We're already booked for December. And on a final note could people stop feeding the cat. He's getting fat.

We have stayed here 3 times now and just booked again yesterday morning for next year. We had a great stay with no problems. Recepion staff were pleasant and professional at all times. Cynthia, Tamara and the cook are very lovely people and friendly. Our room was clean and was serviced 5 days out of 7 which was great. The pool was clean and looked after. Great location and suited our requirements. All in all we had a nice time and looking forward to next time. ¡Hasta pronto! 😁

Just arrived back from a 9 day stay this is my second time this year i was there in january this hotel offers me what I need self catering well equipped kitchen and a nice modern environment I stayed in the oly next to the caribe 2 years ago this works better for me eating when required there is local shops close buy . I was welcomed with an extra bottle of wine being a returning customer. I could only go in-between peak summer because there is no aircon. All reception staff are extremely professional and helpful. Pool is ok for my needs lifeguards are showing there presence regarding smoking and vaping around the pool and directing them to smoking zone (back ground music could be something to look at ) i noticed there is a pool table and dart board arrived over my stay .my bedroom was at the pool side facing were you don't hear as much road noise down side is the returning people during the night returning from the pubs .the only main problem was the room cleaning it reflects a lack of care and a poor standard of cleanliness. Not all of the house cleaning was bad any issues i spoke to reception staff on leaving. Im planning retuning next year I wish the hotel a good summer season. My deposit was returned the next day Thanks again

Wow wow wow. What a transformation. They are renovating all the rooms. You won't recognise them. New bathroom, kitchen, sofas, TV's , beds, lighting, plug sockets, usb ports. They have been bought into the 21st century. Don't tell too many people !!!!

After reading all the reviews we were really concerned about coming here, to the point we tried to change hotels at last minute. However the hotel was perfect. The rooms are all in the process of being upgraded, there still isn't air con but we left the balcony door open and it was ok. The room was spotless, plenty of plug sockets, hairdryer was good. Maid came 5 out of 7 days, you're given a cleaning schedule on arrival so you know when she comes. You do pay 150 euros on arrival, they check your room before you check out and the money was back in my account before I left. The pool area was quiet, and probably not suitable for small children and families as there is no inflatables and balls allowed but plenty of sun loungers, yes the times are 11-7, but to be fair the sun doesn't hit the pool area until about 11 anyway. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful as well as the maids. Yes there is some noise at night but this hotel is right between Adeje and Las Americas and if you're looking for ultra quiet this is not the place for you, but I think the hotel are trying to move away from large groups of younger people. Yes the transfer coach does drop off and pick up at the bus stop just round the corner but it's at most 3mins away with a small hill. Although if you have mobility issues, pulling your suitcase up maybe an issue. You can hire mobility scooters next door to the hotel though. All in all for the price paid a great find.
