This hotel is beautiful in every way. The staff are so attentive and friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy nothing was a bother. The location was perfect and the hotel gardens/pool are stunning it is so clean and the rooms are beautiful. The food was also so nice - breakfast had everything you could want and more. The Mitchelin star restaurant La Capula is another level! Can’t wait to visit again and would highly recommend so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ worthy!

We stayed at the hotel for a fantastic eleven days over the Easter break, on a full board basis. As always with the hotel they excel in all areas, providing a wonderful holiday. We love the decor at the hotel with a stunning, stained glass dome as the centre piece over the main building. The dinning options are varied at the hotel from the very exquisite La Cupula restaurant which is a beautiful adventure into fine dining. The main restaurant, La Solandro restaurant offers a large outdoor terrace overlooking the hotel gardens and pool area, or dine within the restaurant area. A nice way to either start your day with breakfast or finish the evening with dinner, with the buffet menu offering a huge range of freshly cooked food to your requirements. The lunch time was always special at the La Cascada, with great views out to sea or sitting in the restaurant area, the chefs took great pride in the food and the food was always lovely, and the staff were first rate. The Tiffany bar was a great place to kick off the evening with a pre dinner drink, then returning later in the evening. The two pools are large with one being heated, there are always plenty of sun beds which can be positioned around the grassy areas and by the trees which provides a natural shaded area. What is special about the hotel are the staff, they are engaging, helpful and always available to help or just have a friendly conversation. The entire hotel has a certain style and charm for making you feel very at ease and able to just enjoy a fantastic relaxing holiday. Looking forward to returning, Well done

A lovely hotel with a relaxed 5 star vibe rather than the bigger, brasher ‘Dubai’ vibe of some of the other Adeje 5 star hotels.

Back again to this wonderful hotel. The service you receive is outstanding from check in a very friendly hello welcome back to the staff in the restaurant, Tiffany bar, pool area the restaurant by the pool for lunch, house keeping 5* for spotless suit. While I was staying taken ill in bed for a couple of days the care from the restaurant staff excellent and a big thank you to Sonia Garcia for her kindness to my partner. We will return soon.

This is beautiful hotel with many art deco features. The staff were all extremely friendly and we enjoyed all of the food offerings. There was a wide choice from the breakfast buffet which even included fizz if you wanted it. A minor issue for us is that some of hot food was not as hot as would have liked. The Michelin approved restaurant La Cupula was the highlight of the week and while not cheap, provided a special treat for my wife and I and would definitely recommend it. Different entertainment was provided in the very comfortable outside bar area each evening by some talented musicians and singers Our junior suite included a large bed with a separate sitting and a bathroom which could be accessed from either room. Both had very large flat TVs. The only minor downside of our room is that we couldnt make use of the outside garden area due to its proximity to a noisy restaurant the other side of the perimeter. I also struggled with the security door clips which needed a knack ( which I clearly lacked) to easily remove them. Not a huge problem as we decided not to use the garden area. The door cards also were used to open the bottom gates to gain useful access to the promenade and to pay for food and drinks within the complex. Overall a very enjoyable week and would definitely recommend and book again if we revisit Costa Adeje. Thank you to all the staff

Another fabulous holiday at Jardines de Nivaria. It is a great location the rear entrance being right on the promenade. Our room was excellent and was kept clean daily. It is fairly quiet and being during term time there were virtually no children,. My one gripe is I prefer fresh water pools and the pool is salt water. That aside I have no complaints. Breakfast continues to 10.30 and there are a huge range of options. The reception staff are pleasant and efficient. There was nightly entertainment and we often sat on our balcony/ patio to listen to it. The reason for coming is winter sunshine, and there was plenty of that. There are masses of sun beds and sunshades and so no panic about that ever. We will be back.

We’ve just returned from another stay in this fantastic hotel. It never fails to impress us with the highest standard of attention to detail in all respects. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and super clean .The food in the Solandra buffet restaurant is excellent at both breakfast and dinner with a great buffet selection and lots of food cooked to order. We had one very special and memorable meal in the Cupula restaurant which was just superb both in the food and service. We really enjoyed the variety of evening entertainment especially the early evening piano music from the very talented Nataly . We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jardines de Nivaria.
