Nice hotel with good location, food and room service are excellent. Good size room and the view is awesome ! The only negative side is we can hear the loud music from the street inside the room

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile presso questo incantevole hotel. L'atmosfera accogliente e il cibo delizioso hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il receptionist Giovanni è stato eccezionale, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi richiesta. Le camere erano confortevoli e pulite, garantendo un riposo perfetto dopo lunghe giornate di esplorazione. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a tutti coloro che desiderano una vacanza rilassante e senza preoccupazioni. Grazie di cuore per aver reso la nostra esperienza così speciale!

we have been going to tenerife on and off for years this is our 1st stay at la troya, went for half board and the food and selection was good, nothing was to much trouble for the chef's if you wanted your food cooked to your liking, all the staff from reception to the cleaners are very polite and helpful, hot and cold pools spotless, spa centre is amazing but can get busy. We had room ,520 which faced the pool and beach it was huge with 2 balconies we were over the moon with it until around 10pm when the music kicked in from veronicas clubs, this only got louder as the night went on, didn't stop till 5am. Spoke to the girls on reception who were very understanding and moved us within 2hrs to apt 466 which again was huge. All in all great hotel and holiday only recommendation is if your a light sleeper get a room on the inside facing the sea .

Loistopaikalla sijaitseva siisti ja tyylikäs hotelli. Vastaanoton henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Buffet ruoat ihan ok, joskin yhdeksän päivän aikana niihinkin alkoi jo kyllästyä. Ravintolan henkilökunta ilmeisen ylityöllistettyjä kun piti sekä hoitaa juomatarjoilu että astioiden siivoaminen, niin juomia joutui odottelemaan. Juomatiski tai itsepalveluhanat olisi ollut kätevämpi vaihtoehto. Kokonaisuutena oikein miellyttävä kokemus.

Just returned home after spending one week in this lovely hotel, rooms, food & staff service were amazing. Plenty of daytime activities to join in with & evening entertainment was really good, especially The Beatles Tribute band 👏👏 We can’t wait to return.

We were on holidays end of April, the hotel was amazing. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned everyday. At the end of the day the programs was amazing. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. The hotel is in very good location infront of beach. Food was very nice, everyday was different with various of options. I would recommend this hotel for everyone and we will definitely come back to this hotel. We wish for everyone best of holidays!

Hotel Troya by far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, spacious and modern. Our sea view/pool view room was perfect for also watching the entertainment in the evening. The bed and pillows were the best we’ve experienced in a hotel. We both slept better than at home! Do take ear plugs to wear at night time if you are a light sleeper, as you can hear the hum of music from the lively clubs around. We didn’t hear a thing with ear plugs in. The food was good quality and a good variety, it was fresh and replenished regularly. The restaurant was clean and smart with friendly staff. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is perfect. Opposite the beach and in close proximity to the shops, bars and clubs. The beach is fine black sand, with a gentle slope into the sea. We enjoyed the Siam Waterpark which is a 10 minute taxi ride away (€5) . The sea front is smart and clean and relatively flat, making walking from one resort (20-30 minutes) a pleasure. We will undoubtedly stop at this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel loved it , very clean and excellent value , staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you , loved everything about it , The spa was fab went every day , we were half board and enjoyed the food , service was always good and chefs were so nice , room cleaned daily , will defo return to this very well run hotel
