Tutto perfetto! Camere pulite e spaziose, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, cibo super abbondante, vario e di qualità con pesce e carne. Piscine, jacuzzi e spazi comuni puliti e ben attrezzati. Abbiamo trovato bottiglia di benvenuto, All inclusive stratosferico, vino, birra, cocktail e bevande varie sempre disponibili. Tutti stranieri e pochi italiani. Posizione non comodissima x la spiaggia ma noi avevamo noleggiato auto e abbiamo girato l'isola. Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci tornerò!

Nous avons sejourné a l’iberostar las dalias, durant 10 jours avec mon conjoint et notre petit garçon de 10 mois. Notre sejour a été parfait le confort des chambres, la nourriture au buffet pour n’importe quel repas ! Les animations et animateurs toujours souriant avec une petite attention et le point positif la danse de l’hotel. Notion particulière pour toutes les personnes du service restauration : Brahim, Javier, Maria … qui ont toujours eu un contact avec notre fils, un mot gentil et toujours avec le sourire ! Merci beaucoup et BRAVO pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme ! Marine, Quentin et Aloïs (el guapo) A l’année prochaine

I went solo (as a 30 year old female) and loved every moment! The staff were welcome, friendly and enthusiastic. There was a great choice of cocktails, the orange juice wasn’t watered down, coffee available all day and the drinks were in a plastic (not paper) cup. The food was lovely and there was food available all day. The pool area was kept clean and tidy. I went as birthday treat (to have a little break from my littles ones!) and the adults only section was lovely. The main pool was perfect for sunbathing a land reading a book. The room was clean and tidy, with a great view from the balcony. The location was great, close by to the beaches and shops.

Wij zijn net terug van een heerlijke vakantie bij Iberostar Las Dalias! Wat een vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel heeft dit hotel! Wij zaten all inclusive en hadden kamer 211. Mooie, schone kamer met genoeg ruimte en uitzicht op het zwembad. We hadden een dakterrasje en zonnedek, waar we zelf drankjes konden halen. Ideaal! Iedere dag werd de kamer netjes en schoon gemaakt. Ben vaak vies van hotelkamers, maar had daar nu geen last van. Het ontbijt was heel goed, het diner ook heel veel keus. We moesten eerst even wennen aan sommige smaken, maar dat is logisch denk ik omdat je niet alles gewend bent. Er lag genoeg bij wat we lekker vonden. Gedurende de dag kon je ook nog hapjes en drankjes ophalen zoveel je wilde. Onze vlucht had vertraging en toen konden we rustig nog meegenieten van het avonddiner en mochten we ons nog opfrissen op een hotelkamer. Heel fijn! Zwembad ook prima, genoeg ligbedden. De temperaturen waren rond de 30° dus we hebben het ook wel echt getroffen.😎 Op loopafstand genoeg te zien en te doen. Zelf hebben we de bus genomen naar mooie plekjes in de buurt, wat goed te doen was. Wij waren zonder kinderen en vinden het niet erg om wat later te gaan slapen, dus geen last gehad van de muziek e.d. Kan me voorstellen dat als je jonge kinderen hebt je dit iets minder fijn vindt. Wij vonden het al met al een dikke aanrader😊👍🏼

I went with a friend (April 13-17). The hotel is at a good location. The room was a reasonable size. I didn't sleep well during my entire stay. It would benefit from air conditioning, better pillows and smart TV's, after a day you just want to lie on the bed and watch telly, which was a no go as all the channels were Spanish. The shower pressure was feeble, so better showers would be good. Despite it being all inclusive, you had to pay a deposit for towels, you do get this back though. You'll never go short of food, but some of the food is undercooked. The live entertainment would be better if it was indoors, as the sound booms throughout the complex to late at night, which is quite annoying. It was quite funny when they advertised a Michael Jackson tribute night, we went to see him, only he didn't show up, it was this high-concept Aquarian themed dance show, it was very confusing, and seemed rather inappropriate for children. The animation team perform on the stage daily for the children and you can get up to do karaoke. You can smoke on your balcony or on a spot at the back of the pool. The rooms would benefit from having a bin with bin bag included. The staff for the most part are all lovely. All in it was a relaxed holiday, the weather was glorious.

Hôtel sympa à proximité de la plage et de la ville Repas sympathique Personnel très agréable Piscine un peu froide en cette saison des vacances de Pâques /printemps 2024 ela est vraiment dommage !!! Certains carrelage de la piscine un peu vétustes et dangereux pour les enfants Manque du gel désinfectant un peu partout alors que nous sortons d une pandémie À refaire mais plus l été car piscines trop froide à cette saison pour pouvoir profiter de ses installations

On arrival at the Las Dalias we went to our room which we had booked for a family of 3, unfortunately the room was very small which included 3 single beds with little space for anything else despite paying a considerable amount. We duly asked if we could be moved which the reception staff duly obliged and showed us a larger family room at a size you would expect for a family of 3. We had to pay quite ant additional amount for this room which was more fitting. The staff at the hotel were brilliant, they were all friendly and very accommodating and were a huge credit to the hotel. The food for all inclusive was good, with lots of choice, including 3 choices of grilled meat and fish and the food was replenished very regularly, without it going down to the last dregs. The entertainment was very good with various choices including the reception bar and main outside stage. All in all a very good hotel apart from the size of the initial room which was totally not fit for purpose and should not be sold so.

We have been to this hotel many times and meet repeat customers which says a lot. I was ill during our stay and the hotel arranged for a doctor who arrived within 20mins. As always the atmosphere with staff and entertainers is excellent . Food is varied but this time not the very highest quality we were used to. Its still better than many others. Rooms are comfortable if a bit tired but they are for sleeping so not a problem. I'm sure we will be returning again.
