We stayed at this hotel on reward nights and absolutely loved it. Food was excellent, staff were very friendly, cleaning was immaculate. Nice little touches like included cornettos, crisps and nuts on the all inclusive were a hit. The entertainment team were fabulous and lots going on all day. Tribute bands on an evening were pretty decent as well. Plenty shops and restaurants on your doorstep. €30 euros / 20 mins to the airport. The rooms are a little tired and lacked enough storage (if you like to fully unpack) however that would not put us off returning. Super comfy beds too. Room key being on your all inclusive band was so handy!Thanks for a lovely stay.

If I could have given a rating for the staff only they would get 5* they are a total credit to the hotel, entertainment team are exceptional and do so much. Buffet breakfast /lunch and dinner has many options if a bit repetitive for lunch and dinner. Poolside is a bit cramped you dont have much personal space sunbeds are crammed in. Rooms are basic and could do with a little bit of a refresh but clean and maintained everyday by the hardworking housekeeping team. Big screen in downstairs bar needs repaired as a few panels were out, not ideal when watching sport. Overall a decent stay and only falls short on a few small details that just doesn't quite get it a 5* review but if looking for a decent hotel with superb staff in a good location you wont go wrong booking here.

Absolutely loved it . Really spacious rooms, huge balcony with sunbeds, lovely food, best mojitos ever, staff are wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️️

Our stay at this Iberostar hotel was beautiful from start to finish. The staff were all incredibly polite and ensured we had everything we needed. Little touches, like welcome drinks and surprise champagne bottles in the room, made us feel special. The food selection was amazing and catered to everyone, including picky eaters. The hotel app was a useful tool for updates on room status, dining times, and activities. The entertainment team was fantastic, providing a range of options all day. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It currently holds a 4-star rating, but the exceptional service makes it feel like a 5-star experience! Highly recommend.

Had 4 nights here stayed on 9th floor overlooking the sea watched the sunset every night, room was spacious comfy and clean, cannot fault the hotel at all. The restaurant and bar staff work so hard always someone to ask if needed. The restaurant meals were great apart from breakfast had to tell them every day beans are lukewarm warm/cold! Plenty to choose from and great choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel very busy great atmosphere and goooo area was good too. One man Brahim and Maya never seemed to stop, entertaining bar work to Maya constantly cleaning, two great assets to the team. Great Holiday 5 *
