This hotel surprised me. For the price we paid, I was not expecting much but I’m glad we chose this hotel. We were given an apartment with view to the main pool and our balcony had a sea view. The apartment was spacious with a convenient equipped kitchen. There was one room with two single beds that have been out together to make one and a sofa bed in the living room. The common areas of the hotel were always clean and inviting. Needless to say that the star of our visit was the main pool: big enough, with separation for the kids. Loads of sun beds available and a bar that serves delicious cheap food. All the staff was incredibly amazing, very accommodating. At night time you can also relax and enjoy a drink by the pool. There is a shopping center just down the road with a supermarket. Also very well located and you can go anywhere in 10 minutes. The hotel has a gym and a laundry room and a heated pool, all these were very handy. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

highly recommended guys and gals I don’t see why there is some bad reviews but that’s each to there own . Myself/wife and the 2 kids stayed here for 6 days and absolutely loved it . The pools were fantastic food was nice and quite a fair price at the bar and drinks supermarket/shop/bakery right on the door step , staff were extremely friendly and very very helpful especially Kennith he even borrowed us his own phone charger till we got ours sorted . We didn’t need to pay £100 deposit like it’s been commented that you have too maybe I was lucky . I did have to pay £35 for a fan which I thought was responsible as the rooms don’t have AC you definitely need one . The apartment itself was luvly clean and fresh and cleaned every day . we all even said we could happily live there comfortably . I would recommend putting a towel rolled up by the front door so no bugs can get in . It’s true about the hills wow it’s steep lol nice easy walk down to the beach’s and the town centres/bars restaurants. I will End on this for the price that we payed and value for money you can not fault Neptuno apartments and I would definitely stay there again I am Even booking something for August to go back . Beautiful island, beautiful people, beautiful food , fantastic apartments ❤️❤️ Thank you for having us

Going to start off by saying, take the bad revewis with a pinch of salt. Me and my partner booked this as a last minute retreat for some sun and didnt know what we were going to get. To our surprise it was a great stay, lovely staff, nice hotel, very cheap drinks and food which are made fresh and taste great, the rooms are cleaned daily, apart from one time which was the day before our check out (we didnt care) Couple of bad things The noise from neighbours and the maids... The maids like a laugh at work like any of us, but the walls/windows are awful, we were getting woken up at around 8-8:30 every morning by them laughing, carrying on or pressing a door bell over and over and over and over and over and over again... so bring earplugs if you value your sleep or plan on having a heavy night. You can hear people above you walking around lightly, hear every door close, every footstep down the stairs. Bare in mind the hotel is on a massive hill, especially if you suffer from ill health or mobility issues... it definitely wouldn't be for you (totally not the hotels fault i know) however taxi from down main adeje will cost you a couple of quid to come back up the bank and is a life saver. Overall, id definitely come back, id of definitely stayed longer if I could. Take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt as they're very overdramatic. Also id recommend nearby restaurants as a must try, such as luuma which is down the beach and Rodeo Churrasquería which is located less than a 10 min walk away and is STUNNING.

Didn't have the best experience with this hotel and only ended up staying one night out of my planned six. Upon arrival I immediately noticed the hotel didn't look like the photos I had seen online, although I can look past this as I did arrive late at night. However something just didn't feel right upon arrival. Getting into the room, this was quite grubby and again didn't really look like the photos online or anywhere near as nice. The hotel is incredibly noisy and you can hear absolutely everything, people on balconies, TVs, and generally just people making lots of noise. The pillows are incredibly thin so I struggled to sleep on the first night, but more worryingly I had someone storm into my room around 02:30am on my very first night in the hotel. Being alone this really freaked me out and wasn't the ideal start to my holiday, especially as the hotel still use physical keys and not digital cards. The night manager was really helpful and supportive but informed me the hotel was fully booked so I couldn't change rooms. The entire experience just didn't feel right so I booked to stay somewhere else and checked out early the next morning. The new receptionist when I checked out was not very helpful or supportive at all about the issues that had happened so had backed up my decision to move. Would advise staying at Sunset Bay Club for similar/ slightly more money.

Excellent chill out vibes in a beautiful atmosphere, gardens and grounds are beautiful and immaculately clean . Rooms spacious with a decent sized balcony overlooking the pool . Great facilities with choice of pools and sunbathing areas . 5* staff , can’t do enough for you from the fantastic friendly welcome from the gentleman on reception to the great service on the bar and snacks .everyone so friendly. The regae music was a great addition around the pool . 10 minutes walk down the hill to the beach , but always got a taxi cab back up the hill only 5€. Only thing that could be better was if the bar snacks were available till 10pm and maybe include pizza on the menu. Good and drinks very reasonable and great quality. We stayed in room 35 and already booking our return trip .
