Excellent apar**ents and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music.

Although the staff were all friendly the resort was far from ideal. The unit and site in general is looking tired. Be prepared to do a lot of stairs. Car parking is a nigh**are! The plaques displayed in reception for 'Gold Crown Resort' date back over a decade ago. It may have been then but with age, wear and tear it no longer is.

La résidence est très bien située permettant des points de vue avec couchers de soleil superbes. Les appartements sont spacieux, bien équipés. Si le ménage en cours de séjour est parfait, l'appartement manquait de soins à l'arrivée (sol sale, salle de bains peu nettoyée). Des difficultés pour trouver un parking mais la résidence propose un parking payant (10 € par jour les trois premiers jours puis 7€ par jour). Nombreux équipements extérieurs (spa piscine, ping pong).

Was a little sceptical reading some of the negative reviews but stuck with the booking and was not disappointed. Everywhere was clean and tidy with full kitchen facilities. Pool area looked lovely but we didn’t actually lounge by the pool due to having our own balcony and large terrace with sun loungers (believe we had the best room in the complex; 149) Daily entertainment was varied and something for all. Possibly only downside in the hotter months would be the lack of aircon, we did hire one locally but didn’t use it. Reception staff were very polite and attentive as were all of the others, such a welcoming and friendly team, we were even escorted us to our room so we found it quickly as we arrived late evening. Street parking is a bit hit and miss/first come first served if you hire a car or a short walk from the commercial centre. All in all we would definitely return especially if we could have the same room.

Stayed here for a week with 2 teenagers (15 and 16) and was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and well-equipped, first apar**ents I have stayed in that have mugs. Pool area was decent with enough sunbeds for everyone, also some entertainment around the pool as well as the occasional nighttime entertainment. Staff were very nice, daughter left her jumper on the day at the reception and hadn’t realised until packing to go home and they had it for her. Lovely bakery on-site and reasonably priced. The only downside is the location, it is a bit far from the main restaurants and bars but worth the walk up the hill.

Avoid, it is dirty very basic most of staff were lovely apart from a couple of who didn’t want to know pool was okay we had to change rooms halfway through holiday which meant emptying fridge and freezer aswell it was 4 hours before we got key to second room won’t be returning

Lovely aparthotel complex with swimming pools, terraces and bars. Mini supermarket and bakery on site very convenient. Apar**ent very clean and delightful cleaning staff. Clean sheets three times in a week plus clean towels most days was very much appreciated. Comfortable bed and well equipped apar**ent although some aspects need updating - window frame in shower needed replacing, front door stuck and some outside tiles on stairs needed repairing or replacing. Overall though this was a very good place to stay at a very reasonable price.
