Great staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall. The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service. I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy). Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable.

Stayed here Wifi is not good, hotel is excellent only thing and problem we had we were 100 per cent certain as we arrived we left our two hoody tops in the closet,one was a tommy hilfiger navey hoody top worth £100 euro second was a gucci Hoody black with coloured *****s worth £100,before we left hotel could not find them,called reception they couldn;t locate them and didnt seem bothered.was not happy with service as me and my girlfriend said we will leave them in the closet in our room as be too hot to wear on our first day in the hotel.

The hotel staff were amazing, Denise, Diego and the rest (I’m terrible with names). When we missed our bus to the airport the reception staff couldn’t be more helpful, got us a taxi in minutes. The all inclusive food was plentiful and there was different options every night. Started looking for our next date to go back before we even left xx

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! The reception staff give out room keys without anyone having to show identification which resulted in someone being able to gain access to our room. Our suitcases with all our clothing were stolen, passports, our duty free and all our money on the first day we arrived. The staff and management were extremely unhelpful which then led us to believe that the staff were involved in this. Although we didn’t have proof. There was no responsibility taken from the hotel management. I would stay away from this hotel!!

The Hotel staff were amazing, that includes the entertainment team, front of house, bar and cleaning staff, so friendly and polite. Plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening. The food was really good especially the fresh meat and fisher counter, cooked on a hot plate. The room was just OK for 4 Star Hotel. The mattress was really hard, the cleaning lady got use 2 mattress toppers which really helped. Our room 226 was adjacent to the hotel car park, as the car park was narrow, larger vehicles had to reverse. Each day at 07.30 we were awoken to reversing sensors beeping away. Avoid that part of the hotel. The room safe which had a key would not open on 4 occasions, in the end a new touch pad safe was put in the room. The hotel was for adults only which what we wanted as we are 68 years of age and wanted peace and quite, however after the first day two separate groups (10) of men arrived. They were rowdy and took the pool over playing with footballs and got drunk, this changed the dynamic for the elderly people going into the pool. I must stress there was no trouble, however we just felt a bit intimidated by the noise and rowdiness. We were over an hour on the coach from the airport, suggest you get a cab. cost is about 25/30 euros. The beach was an 8 minute walk from the Hotel, not as close as stated in the hotel website. This my honest feedback. Lots of good and not o good things to report.

This hotel should not have a 4star rating. On arrival I was not made to feel welcome. Service and food at dinner was poor. The only plus was that the maids were very efficient and all areas of the building were clean. Gentlemen were allowed to into dinner wearing sports shorts which is not normally acceptable in 4star hotels.

We visited this hotel for one week all inclusive and had a great time. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, the hotel was so clean and the pool was heated and was a gorgeous temperature. No need to reserve beds as there are plenty. The food and drink was really good considering it was all inclusive. It was a bit repetitive but genuinely good quality, pizzas etc all homemade. There was a barbecue one day too which we loved. Drinks were good quality, we tried cocktails wine and beer. Room was absolutely fine, clean and did the job. Only issue was the bed was a bit uncomfy and was 2 singles pushed together but didn’t bother us that much. The WiFi was actually also really good and the hotel did some ok entertainment from what we saw however we did tend to go out for food and drinks in the evenings instead of watching it. It was a mixed vibe, some stag and hens some couples and some older people and seemed to suit everyone. Wasn’t rowdy or anything. The location was great, 10 mins to Siam Park and 15 -20 to centre of las Américas. Would return

Great hotel. Staff amazing especially the entertainment team. We will be back next year
