The staff on the reception desk seemed to pre judge us as we were a hen party and were very abrupt and rude. We were sharing rooms in groups of 2’s or 3’s and it was specified on booking which rooms were which but despite this we were only given provisions for 2’s in all the rooms. When we asked for and extra towel and bedding we were met with yet more rudeness. On arrival the rooms were clean and very spacious but the rooms were not cleaned during our stay and we had to use the same towels for the 4 days (thankful we had our beach towels also). The shower curtain also fell off the roof and no one attended to put this back up for us, despite asking twice. The hotel is very well located close to the beach. It has several little shops attached which is handy for supplies!

Cheap and cheerful. Tired rooms. You pay for towels to use on sun beds (that’s a first) you are not allowed to use your room towel so bring your own.
Breakfast: best thing is the omelette although there is an extensive selection of foods to choose from - hot and cold. The orange juice and coffee are truly shocking.
Very strict on check in - absolutely no entry to room before 4pm
A bit noisy for our liking but it’s in a busy bustling location so it’s not surprising.

The hotel was perfectly located. The rooms are slightly dated but spotless. The hotel its self has everything you need and the pool area is clean and plenty of sun beds. We had breakfast included that was excellent with a wide range of items to cater for anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel dé calidad precio bien. Eso si, si buscas paz y tranquilidad, éste no es tu hotel. A 50 metros de la playa y los beach clubs. La ubicación es ideal, para pasarte el día en la playa o piscina. Y la noche de fiesta 🥳.

Was a clean apartment for just me and my 2yr old- the lock on the door to the balcony was hit and miss- not idea with a 2yr old climber, so all chairs removed. Also the toddler pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there

I booked a one bed apartment sea view. It was beautiful, it was better than expected. The room had a kitchen that was great for meals! We had breakfast which was good selection and good hotel breakfast! Pool was lovely. They had partys on in the day and night good for the kids. They did a party in the pool and sectioned it off so there was free pool space for others! There was a little shop in the hotel and loads of supermarkets near by. Up the hill was the best we found!
