Myself and my 3 year old daughter are just back from a week stay at this hotel. In all honesty I cant fault this hotel we stayed in room 224 and had amazing views reception staff were really nice the food at the pool bar was nice but the person that made myself and my daughters experience at this hotel good was ( Robert ) a true gentleman very well spoken person. From day 1 he made my daughter who which is 3 very happy she always wanted to go the pool to see her friend that was her words So over amazing stay and definitely would return

Just back from 10 day stay at this hotel. We had the 3 bedroom apartment. 2 adults, 3 kids. The apartment is spacious and has fridge, microwave, kettle, hob, toaster (broken) and plenty of utensils. Most of the items are a little outdated but do the job. The apartment, although spacious, is a little outdated and could do with a refurb. The apartment was only cleaned once and that came from me requesting for it to be done. I found myself also having to ask for fresh towels every other day as none of the cleaner dropped any off. The beds are uncomfortable and have a waterproof sheet on them which you can hear rustling when trying to sleep. The pool is decent but if you want to get a sun-bed then you have to be up early. We were told by reception that the pool opens at 10am and closes at 6pm. We were also told that no one can claim beds until after 10am which clearly wasn’t the case as their were towels down as early as 7am. A lot of people still remained in the pool after 6pm. Staff at the hotel are friendly. The food at the pool is ok during the day. We ate pizzas, chips, salads on some days but then ate one night at the pool restaurant and it wasn’t great but edible. The shop onsite is great for bottles of water and bakery goods like bread, pastries and cakes etc. Everything else is pretty expensive. If you are self catering there are plenty of supermarkets in the centre of Adeje you can pick up tinned food, milk and fresh fruits. The hill everyone talks about is steep. It takes 20mins to walk down to Costa Adeje and a taxi back cost between €6/8. We walked up a few times and it’s pretty tough and I consider myself very fit. If you do have health problems or disabilities then I’d recommend either catching a taxi down, which you can order at reception, or find an alternative hotel further down the hill. A few things people may want to know:- Didn’t experience any cockroaches or mosquitoes at the hotel. You can rent towels from reception for the sun beds, costing €3 and €10 deposit. If you have a late flight you can ask for an extension on the room which cost is €50. This maybe differ depending on the size of the room. There are electric scooters you can rent outside the hotel. You need an iPhone or android phone. Very easy to use and convenient if you want to get down the hill quicker. Be careful as they are fast. There is air-con in the room which is free. There is a tv in the room with various channels. The reason I’ve given a 3 star is the cleanliness of the apartment. Not getting clean towels and having to ask for them daily. The apartment is really outdated and some of the fixtures are rusty. I wouldn’t return to the hotel and would likely look for a place closer to the centre where everything is more accessible.

Visited for 5nights 5-10 April. Hotel was perfect for us, set back but everything was in walking distance (we do like a good walk). Hotel had everything you needed, we ate breakfast at the hotel everyday which was really good. Bar staff were very friendly as were reception staff. Room was perfect, we were on the floor below the pool. Good vibe around the pool during the day with chilled music, was happy to laze around with a cocktail! Would definitely book this hotel if we visit Tenerife again. One thing I would recommend is having signs to reception as struggled to find on the first day and noticed a few others had the same issue.

Stayed in a self catering apartment for one week. Apartment was spacious with a decent sized balcony overlooking Costa adeje and the sea. You should get a good sea view from any room (unless it's ground floor) as they all face the water. Room was very clean, towels were changed often and housekeeping came regularly. Kitchen was adequate for our needs, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and 2 ring hob, no oven. Location is at the top of the hill, not a problem if you're fit. Taxis can be called at reception if you dont wamt to walk. We hired a car and there was adequate parking at the hotel. In a car you can drive down to the beach in 5 mins or less. Pool area was nice, not a lot of space for sun loungers but we were there slightly off season so it was quieter, didn't seem to be a problem getting one. Great wee hotel, would stay there again.

Lovely family hotel to be. The staff were helpful from the reception to the househelp. The pool was well cleaned compare to others were I was previously staying. Such lovely people at the bar, especially ROBERT, very friendly and funny. My daughter kept on laughing 🤣 every time he made jokes. Friendly place to be and to meet nice people. The apartment is begin enough for family. I would say the only issue was the hill. We had to use taxis most of the time. One more thing, you should try the pancakes at the restaurant. Very nice👍🏿.

Would not recommend!! Upon arrival we went to reception were given our key and told where the room was- little to no information about the room, the pool or any of the facilities was provided. How we ended up finding out about the facilities was over hearing another guest being told about them. This situation was annoying but we could look past it , unfortunately it is one of many issues. Then when we got to the room there was someone else’s underwear on the balcony and pillows on our bed badly stained all over with bodily fluids. We told reception about the stained pillows and she told us to put them aside and still sleep on the bed. We did not want to sleep on the bed as the pillows had been all over it. So we were given the option of changing the sheets or sleeping on the beds as is. We ended up having to change the bed as all the cleaners had apparently gone home. We were given very little help and talked to multiple people with no solution. - The shower was another issue, the first day after a quick shower the whole bathroom was flooded and continued to seep into the bedroom. We again had to go reception and were told to have shorter showers and use a lower pressure. We again brushed it off a not a big deal but we did ask for a few more towels to clean up the flooding- they did not give us more towels - The floor was also very filthy after walking around bare foot after a shower our feet were black with dirt - considering our room was “ cleaned” everyday - The state over all was appalling we tried to not let it ruin our holiday but we still ended up wasting many hours trying to get some sort of response and help from this place and we were offered nothing We talked to other guests there and similar situations were happening to them - dirty floors, stained pillows etc.

I have been to this hotel before and it is perfectly adequate in every where and the staff are helpful at all times, the only issue I would say is it could do with a refurb, just starting to get a bit tired

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay again at this hotel . Reception staff are friendly and helpful . Pool bar serves excellent freshly made food . Pool bar staff make your holiday too efficient and friendly .The hotel also has singers some nights too . The rooms were clean and fresh towels are available every day . Cleaning staff friendly and efficient. The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill but the views are wonderful. Taxis cost between €5-€6 down to the town . Thank to all the staff for making our holiday . We will be back
