Friendly hotel ideally situated in Costa Adeje. Lovely sea view from balcony. Given a free upgrade to 2 bed apar**ent instead of 1 bed we had booked, nice to have extra space. Upright fans in lounge and one of bedrooms were sufficient at this time of year but probably not ideal when temp is hotter. Very clean apar**ent and comfy beds. Food good with enough choices. Our balcony overlooked music bar but once doors closed could not hear it. Only suggestion to improve our apar**ent would be to decorate as fresh white walls would make a huge difference.

Good value hotel, in a busy part of Costa Adeje but set far enough back from too much noise. Rooms are good size and very clean but need some new furniture, what is there is ok but very dated. Staff are all really helpful and friendly, pool area is nice though pool itself was closed for the five days of our visit and our request for a discount for the lack of this fairly significant facility fell on deaf ears. This coloured our overall view of the hotel, which was a shame because it’s actually ok.

Had short stay in March 2 couples one couple got put in basement room which was no good for mobility so was happy enough to get new room next day which was very happy with we were B&B which was always enjoyable always plenty sunbeds and rooms cleaned to a high standard also great location… Have booked again for November for our anniversary this time half board just hope we get rooms in main hotel upon arrival

Lovely hotel, great location, great value for money, friendly & helpful staff. We were on a B&B basis and have to say the breakfast was great. Lots of variety to suit all palates. Plenty of restaurants (chinese, indian, steakhouses etc) and bars in close proximity. The rooms were cleaned 5 days out of 7 - spotless. The pool area was clean and tidy and plenty of sun beds. We were fine with a fan as the temperature was a lovely 27 *- 29* but can see having no air con could be a problem in mid summer heat. The hotel is also a bit tired and could do with a freshen up. Though this might up it to a 4 star and then the prices would go up. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff at the Santa Maria cannot do enough for their customers. They are very welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Location is great for access to all the best Tenerife can offer. Food is lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend to any age group. After all. I keep coming back and that speaks for itself!

Absolutely brilliant hotel, location, staff, all outstanding,Carlos gave us a warm welcome and gave us a room what we requested,Clare amination very friendly and welcoming. It's our 2nd visit to santa maria and definitely returning. Highly recommended Already planning next visit Rooms are basic but clean. No air con but we ad a fan in room

The beds are really comfortable, rooms spacious, well equipped with everything you need. Cleaned on a daily basis. A special mention to Carlos who is friendly & funny but efficient at his job. Clair Louise keeps you entertained with all the activities on a daily basis & not just the kids. Would definitely recommend a visit. We’ve been back 5 times over 2 years so they must be getting something right

Very difficult to find anything to complain about. The hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star hotel. The staff were exceptional. Please relay our thanks. Our apar**ent over looked the tennis court, so we had no problem with noise from road, or very loud bar entertainment.
