Большой, уютный отель, но достаточно старый. Для меня это 3* отель, никак не 4. Очень приятный персонал, welcome drink сразу же при заезде, к стафу нет претензий совершенно. Очень маленькая парковка, нужно бронировать место заранее, 10 евро в сутки. На 9, 10 и А этаже номера «привилегий», но по сути ничем не отличаются от остальных. Была разве что кофемашина и огромная кровать. Вид с балкона на город чудесный, но ночью очень шумно.
В тренажерке нет гантелей, хотя куча другого инвентаря, что странно.

We’ve just returned home from our 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel. Many people return to this hotel every year and you can completely understand why. The hotel has everything that you need. It’s very clean and well maintained. Staff work extremely hard day and night and always happy to help. Reception staff were extremely helpful and it was lovely to see some familiar faces from last year. Lidia is so kind and we loved Julio the porter, our kids loved him! The room was perfect, I emailed the hotel a few weeks before coming to request 2 rooms together in a particular area and we got exactly that. They were cleaned every day. The food was just amazing and you were never stuck for choose. They had a different theme each night, and even my 4 and 8 year old who are fussy eaters were happy. We loved the man who makes the pancakes. The head chef whose name I can’t remember is so kind. The pools were great, and my children loved the slides. My children both went into kids clubs on a few occasions and really enjoyed it. Thank you so the amazing entertainment team who made so much effort with everyone, Jivi, Ama, and everyone else. We also loved seeing Ivan who is one of our favourites. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s the best hotel abroad that we have ever stayed in and hope we will be lucky enough to visit again in the future.

Fantastic holiday, topped off with the AMAZING crepes! Such an artist and so accommodating, children were so happy and said that the nights that they could have character pancakes were their highlight of the holiday!

Echt goed. Normaal ben ik niet van de reviews. Maar goed, is echt goed. Hotel is gewoon erg goed. Voelt alles behalve vol. Drie zwembaden. Super eten. Wij hadden ontbijt en diner. Iedere avond verrassend en veel variëteit. Geen vette troep, maar verse salades met mooi vers vlees en vis. Ook voor de kinderen was er ruimvoldoende, met de pannenkoekkraam als ultiem feestje! Maar vooral het personeel, zo lief en oprecht attent. Shoutout voor Amanda! En de gerechten van Jayesh zijn briljant!

This is the best 4 star all inclusive hotel we have stayed in on Tenerife. Location is perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants around tge hotel but to be honest we never got bored with the hotel and did not feel the need to go elsewhere. We were on the 5th floor recommend paying the extra for a sea view, spectacular. Our room was spacious very clean with a good walk in shower. Food, well what can I say, excellent in so many ways, everything you could possibly want and more. We love our seafood and this hotel provides this in abundance. Nice touches at breakfast with the addition of eggs Benedict freshly cooked, yummy. All food was top quality. Good choices on alcoholic drinks, mojitos were great and I heard someone ask for zero gin so I guess they are geared up to serving alternative alcohol free drinks too. Pool area was spotless with plenty of sun beds. Nice touches such as ice creams etc brought round on trollies in the afternoon. Entertainment was great, live music every night in the hall bar which we loved or if you preferred acts on in the Show bar downstairs. We will absolutely be returning to this hotel and look forward to our next visit. No wonder so many people we spoke too come back year on year. I would like to say thank you to all the staff who are without doubt the best we have met in any hotel, always polite and helpful, always smiling and greeting everyone as they pass by. We had the most fantastic time.

Super vacances en famille! Les repas sont excellents mention spéciale pour les crêpes en forme de poisson, éléphant,... Beaucoup d'activités et les piscines sont chauffées! La météo est juste parfaite mais attention aux coups de soleil m!

This is my new favourite hotel in Tenerife. It costs slightly more than some, but it is worth it. The staff are incredibly friendly and so welcoming. The food in the buffet restaurant is the best I have experienced and I go on holiday (a lot). I would definitely come back.

The best Hotel I have stayed in for a very long time Staff attentive, food all cooked to perfection and hot Swimming pools and sundeck all kept very clean. Entertainment not to my liking but others seem to enjoy it. My room was spotless on arrival

An excellent hotel, went two years ago and returned this April. Booked all inclusive and the food was varied and plentiful with much of the meat and fish cooked fresh on large hot plates, couldn’t fault it. The restaurant is really nice, a lovely place to dine in. The staff (all the hotel staff ) are lovely, really friendly and helpful. The main pool area is in a lovely position overlooking the sea where you find the pool bar with beer, water and soft drinks on tap to serve yourself (all inclusive only) or you can order at the bar, and they are very fast. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Tenerife. Would we go again ? - Absolutely 👍
