Overall an ideal place with all amenities with food and relaxed a**osphere and friendly staff.The Italian restaurant (?portofino) was difficult to book and was a let down. Perhaps my choice of food was not right. The entertainment team should be applauded for its wonderful evenings.

A really fantastic hotel in a great location. From a stressed arrival which thanks to Raquel was quickly resolved till departure every member of staff was helpful, polite and professional. The rooms like the rest of the hotel are very clean, well equipped and serviced. Quiet at night too. The main buffet restaurant has a great choice of food to cater for all, the staff here are very busy but again very helpful, a special mention to Katheryn who was excellent. The facilities such as Pools, Gym and Spa are great. Looking forward to visiting this hotel again in future. Graham

Absolutely fantastic hotel. From the location, the accommodation, and most of all the staff, there isn’t a single negative thing I could state about this place. Will definitely return at some point in the future. First time we’ve been here and we weren’t disappointed

We had a lovely holiday but was ready to come home after 7 days. We went as a family with a 2 year old, the hotel is gorgeous in a lovely setting, however we did not have the best start. We checked in at 3.40 and out room was not available until 5pm. There is a snack bar however, the majority of items on there you have to pay for, even though we were all inclusive. Communication was not great at check in so we were not informed about anything in the hotel, we were also given the wrong times for when the buffet restaurant was open, I know it doesn't seem like much but when you have a hungry and tired 2 year old we would have been there at 7pm when the doors opened instead of hanging around until 7.30. All drinks have to be ordered and they are brought to your table, which was lovely, if you could get a member of staffs attention and if they remembered to bring it to you. We had to ask a couple of times even for water. With regards to the food hall i would advised getting there early as we arrived for lunch one day at 2.15, it was open until 3.30 however the main food was gone and they did not refill this. Your meats and past were cooked fresh for you but you don't want to be there when it is busy as you can be standing around waiting to be served for a while. The staff at the pool were amazing and so helpful and polite, I also met Anna one of the mangers on our second day and she apologise for out check in experience and advised me to download the hotels app, which had all the information about the hotel, activities, restaurants, spa, and menus. I found this very helpful. I did like that the hotel is trying to be eco friendly with water stations on every level of accommodation so you can refill your bottles. There were always plenty of sun beds to choose from, we would often go to the beach in the morning and return in the afternoon, we could always get a sunbed with an umbrella and they were very comfy. If you have a little one there is plenty of space for them to explore but be safe, our little one still has afternoon naps, the hotel provided space and shade for you to put him in his pushchair and walk around until he had fallen asleep. As some one else has mentioned some of the pools have tiles missing so be careful when entering, besides that the pools where clean and warm with a couple to choose from.

It's a beautiful hotel and so welcoming. From the moment the bell hop takes your luggage from the taxi, through checking in and being shown to your room you are relaxing. All the staff deserve a mention, they are all outstanding, polite and friendly whilst true professionals, a fabulous team. This was a return visit and the ever bubbly Sara in the lobby bar welcomed me like a long lost friend! Sara together with Ela and Antonio looked after me in the bar in the evenings. Julio at the pool bar, so friendly and efficient. And it was great to see Felix in the restaurant, it runs like clockwork whilst remaining friendly and welcoming and that's before we start on the fabulous food! I love this hotel and can't wait to return.

5* stay as the Hotel/Resort, what a lovely stay superb quality and service. For years iv’e looked at this resort and wanted to stay here while walking by and now i’m gutted we didn’t stay here sooner. Superb from check in to leaving, the food choice was unreal i mean caviar for breakfast lol. All bar staff, room service, pool and restaurant where top class thank you. We will be back, see you next year.
