As previous guests have commented this is an absolutely stunning hotel in all aspects - staff, rooms, food, cleanliness - the list goes on. We have been to coming to Costa Adeje for the last 9 years & this is most definitely the best hotel we have stayed in & we are already planning to book again for October this year. Thank you to all staff & a special shout out for Sara & Ela - 2 lovely young ladies in the bar who were always smiling & very caring & considerate. xx

Fabulous hotel and really met and exceeded expectations in every way. From the great welcome on arrival to the beautiful rooms to the quality of the food all was top notch. Beautiful pools and cracking location, near enough to outside restaurants and bars but lovely and quiet in the resort was the perfect balance for us. Thank you to all the great staff and we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic food and brilliant staff. Second visit this year and will definitely be coming again. Lovely location and everything you would expect and more. From start to finish the staff are what makes this hotel so brilliant. Special thanks to Sara in the Lobby bar and the pool bar who has a permanent smile and remembers faces! Total professional who works hard but always has a quick chat. Also in the restaurant a mention for Rebecca and Jose who really looked after us

We enjoyed a fantastic trip at the Iberostar Anthelia where I travelled with my wife and young family. From the moment we checked in, Raquel on reception was delightful, offering a nice cold welcoming drink and great gift set for the kids. The service was excellent throughout our stay, in particular the team at Star Camp (kids club) who were so warm and friendly and put on such a great range of activities for all ages. The interconnecting rooms were clean, modern and spacious with easy access to one of the many swimming pools (that was heated). We also enjoyed the wonderful buffet breakfast every day and the great night time entertainment. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent, providing easy access to the beach and surrounding area! Can't wait to come back :-)

An amazing hotel, it has to be the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The quality of the food is excellent, everything you could possibly want beautifully presented. The staff are so good, nothing feels too much trouble for them. Pools clean and staffed and the complementary cocktails in the morning go down very well! The entertainment of a higher standard than most hotels. I’ve already booked my return visit.

First time at Iberostar Anthelia in Tenerife as a family. We are having the best time and will definitely be returning. Everything about this hotel is perfect. You are welcomed and looked after from the moment you walk through the door at reception with a welcome drink by Susie. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and maintained beautifully by the excellent house keeping team. I had a garden view room which was perfect and other family had a Duplex Suite with an amazing view. Even though we had different room types they ensured that we were in the same block of the hotel. The pools and pool area are stunning and so clean, love the smaller heated pool in the late afternoon. The hospitality team at the restaurants and bars, including the pool are so so lovely and really looked after us all. Shoutout to everyone but especially Mihaela at the pool bar as well as Sara in the lobby bar in the evening. Lovely welcoming smiles and personality. Mihaela and Sara make amazing drinks!! We had one night in the Portofino Italian restaurant as well which was lovely. The entertainment team are super and there is always something going on! Shout out to the Aquagym classes. We already cannot wait for our next trip to this superb hotel and want to book again! :)

I have stayed in many hotels in my career, some of them rated the best in the various countries I visited. I can honestly say that this hotel outshines them all. The staff were friendly, supper efficient and attentive at all times. The staff certainly made the holiday. The food provided at all three mealtimes was excellent and varied. The quality, position and cleanliness of the room was very good for the level of room that we chose. This was our first visit but it will not be our last.

Fantastic hotel, very clean, rooms very well designed and spacious, great choice of food at breakfast and very good quality. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff, every staff member we came across was very friendly, polite , efficient and helpful, from the staff at reception to the cleaners. A very special thank you to Marcel who served us food and drink around the pool, he was super friendly and efficient and also a big thank you to Mikhaila at the pool bar who was always so friendly and helpful.
