Beautiful Hotel, really enjoyed the trip. 10 bucks for towel exchange is a pain in da ass. Ambience and shows are nice.

We have been coming here for last 5 years and are members of H10 club. The hotel is very well presented the staff are amazing and very helpful especially Margarite on Privilige beach she is hermosa….(beautiful) always making sure you have food & drink. The housekeeping staff are superb too room is always clean and ready. The entertainment is good in the evenings. The breakfasts in La Tosca are perfecto. Only criticism is the English sausage is not great choice !! Overall excellent hotel excellent location !!

Es ya mi habitual y ÚNICO cuando voy a Tenerife. Cada año me sorprende más porque no pierde el trato humano y la simpatía. Mejoran más y más su selección gastronomica; este año probé el mejor seitan que he comido en mi vida, a parte de lo increíble del resto de productos. Piscinas impolutos, jardín precioso, zona Priviledge nueva totalmente maravillosa. Camareros increíblemente simpáticos y detallistas. Gloria Alfaya (eventos) es una grandisima profesional y maravillosa persona. El director del hotel: un creador constante de innovaciones para el hotel. Espectáculo y entretenimiento muy bueno, además de una notable mejoría en iluminación (Angel y Macarena). Estas en un gran hotel que te hace sentir en casa. No sólo ofrecen un buen servicio: ofrecen una experiencia.

We visited this hotel for a week….. It is stunning as you enter the reception /bar area. We were quickly checked in by a friendly lady in privilege reception and we were off to start our holiday Food in both La Tosca and the buffet restaurant was plentiful and good quality and service was fantastic all the staff were amazing treating us as friends The newly opened privilege rooftop infinity was an addition to the hotel since we last visited and the view from the seventh floor is stunning The animation team are awesome we enjoy the cocktail making every day having been to water aerobics beforehand … The reception staff are very knowledgeable and always ready to help. We will be visiting again in September our home from home …. Thank you to all the lovely staff again you are all wonderful ❤️❤️

Good location, nice room, spacious pool areas, nice staff but very average food. Fish dishes were ok but any meat dishes were poor.Chewy tough steak, tough pork, lamb chops were tasteless even turkey was tough. Not good and I won't be going back. I will pay a bit more next time to stay in one of the 5* hotels nearby.

El hotel tiene una entrada majestuosa. En el séptimo piso, donde me alojé estaban en obras, y empezaron desde temprano por la mañana con ruidos molestos; cosa que no se mencionó al hacer el check in. Eché en falta un par de botellitas de agua de cortesía , y al ir a buscar una al minibar , estaba vacío. Además había unas hormiguitas minúsculas, campando a sus anchas en una de las mesillas de noche . Busqué el nido pero no pude encontrarlo. Lo comenté con la señora de la limpieza y me dijo que había muchas , que son típicas de la zona. Seguramente sean inofensivas, pero creo que no es imagen para un hotel de 4 estrellas y deberían hacer algo para erradicarlas.El buffet de la cena, bastante variado y correcto. El personal en general muy amable y la cama muy cómoda.

Hotel perfecto para vacaciones. Si viajas sin niños, puedes tiene sus zonas para tener unas vacaciones de relax de lujo. Si vas con niños, las suyas. En nuestro caso, con un niño de tres años, y es estupendo. Tiene una mezcla de todo, que es lo que se busca, piscinas, playas, paseo marítimo en la puerta que va hasta el puerto( 1 horita) . Y sobre todo, dar la enhorabuena a la dirección del hotel, porque tiene un crack de jefe de comedor (Alberto). Resolutivo, amable, es poco lo que cuente. Atento con todo y con todo el mundo. Yo nunca he visto a un currante tan profesional, que lo cuiden, porque yo si tuviera un hotel, intentaría que formara parte de mi equipo. Saludos desde Benavente!!

Het H10 costa adeje palace is een goed hotel en zijn 4 sterren zeker waard. Goede kamers met stevige bedden (vinden wij persoonlijk erg prettig) , het ontbijt en buffet zijn goed met erg vriendelijk personeel. De locatie is erg goed omdat je links de drukke boulevard op kunt lopen het toerisme in, ga je rechts kun je naar het rustige en pittoreske dorpje la Caleta. Je kunt ook met een gratis transferbusje naar het H10 conquistador worden vervoerd en dan ± 8km terug wandelen via de boulevard naar het hotel, dit kun je boeken via de (op je telefoon te installeren ) hotelapp in services ＞ courtesybus Ook het eerste strandtentje Chirinquito Coqueleche rechts naast het hotel is een aanrader voor een lekker drankje met soms live muziek en hier landen vaak deltavliegers. Het enige negatieve wat wij over het hotel kunnen melden is dat de drankjes aan de beachbar te duur zijn, ± €10,- voor een gin-tonic in een plastic beker.
