Io e il mio compagno siamo stati in questo albergo l'ultima settimana di aprile. Volevamo rilassarci dopo mesi di lavoro e così è stato! Tramite agenzia abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel scegliendo il pacchetto All inclusive. Appena arrivati in aeroporto siamo stati accolti dai ragazzi del Team Veratour che ci ha accompagnati all'albergo dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Ci sono state proposte delle escursioni extra che l'albergo offre e abbiamo approfittato per una visita all'Oasis Park, uno zoo immenso che da la possibilità di nuotare con le foche, di fare passeggiate con cammelli e lemuri e inoltre abbiamo provato l'adrenalina della guida di un Buggye nel deserto. Colazione, pranzo e cena in albergo e bar con ogni varietà di cibo e bevande, tutto buonissimo! Zona piscine tranquilla con beach volley, minigolf, teatro e animazione per bambini. La sera gli adulti erano intrattenuti dai ragazzi del Veraclub, in particolare Alessio, Jack, Ida, Paola, Vittorio e il simpaticissimo Davide responsabile dell'animazione. Un grazie anche a Salvo, responsabile assistenza Veratour. Ringraziamo il barista Carlos che con i suoi meravigliosi mojito ci faceva passare i pomeriggi e ci faceva cominciare la cena con i suoi buonissimi aperitivi! Grazie a tutto il team Veratour e ai collaboratori del Tindaya H10 che ci hanno fatto vivere un sogno! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Bon hôtel très propre , nourriture correcte. Personnel agréable et souriant. Superbe installation pour les enfants toboggans, dommage que.la.piscine avec toboggans ne soit pas chauffée . Éviter la chambre 595 donne au dessus des poubelles, bruit de camion toute la nuit.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso il veraclub tindaya le camere sono molto grandi il letto comodissimo e le pulizie giornaliere abbastanza accurate. Il cibo è buono e vario. Molto bella la zona piscine. Gli spazi comuni ben curati il mare facilmente raggiungibile tramite un sotto passo. Lettini ed ombrelloni disponibili in spiaggia a 5€al pezzo. Animazione presente ma discreta. Consigliato

We had a great all inclusive stay at Tindaya. Service was excellent, staff very keen to assist us with our daughter who became poorly whilst away and make sure we were comfortable. We felt well cared for, food was good quality and lots of choice- same for drinks, stunning setting, a great place to stay.

Esperienza fantastica un villaggio top con tutti i comfort dalla camera all animazione ai servizi il cibo di una qualità superiore sapientemente cucinato bene. Open bar sempre persino bar in piscina una lezione particolare si ragazzi dell animazione bravi simpatici e al loro capo Davide professionale sempre presente con grande esperienza e idee divertenti unica pecca la consegna delle camere ben due ore dopo l orario di consegna previsto

Tindaya H10 é una struttura accogliente e ben pulita, personale disponibile e cortese. Cibo vario e curato. Assolutamente un posto dove riposare ma con la possibilità di attività extra (tornei, spettacoli serali...) o di noleggio auto per un tour autonomo dell'isola.

So many things are good about this hotel but it’s let down badly by lack of staff at the bars and dining room. Tables are not cleared which means that outside tables are rarely available. The queue at the bar is not just at peak times and you often have to wait 20 minutes or more at the snack bar for a drink. They just need to add one member of staff or make the beer and wine self service for AI guests. This alone really lets the hotel down. We stay at 3 or 4 H10 hotels every year and this isn’t up to the chain’s standards for service. There are so many positives and it’s a shame that these simple things spoilt our stay. You don’t want to spend 20 minutes at a time to get drinks on your holiday. Food was excellent. I am vegetarian and gluten free. Plenty of great options for me. Room was really nice. We usually go Privilege but we didn’t this time and were pleasantly surprised with the standard room. Nice grounds, plenty of sunbeds lovely beach on the doorstep. Come on H10, don’t just reply and say it can get busy at peak times; it’s not that, it’s insufficient resourcing. It’s unacceptably bad for a 4 star hotel. Sort that out and it would get a 5 from us.
