The staff were polite and very helpful. The food was very good with plenty of choice. There was some labelling on food which helped as my wife is coeliac (Gluten Free), but this could have been better. However the staff always tried to help when asked. We were all inclusive and all meals were good. The pool area is clean and there was no problems getting sun lounger. The pool was a good size. The room was a good size with safe, Kettle, large balcony, television, ensuite and great shower! The location was also very good with a short walk to the very large and long sandy beach. Evening entertainment every night which was varied. Overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and would recommend the hotel and area

Lo único que destaca en positivo es la limpieza y la tranquilidad. El desayuno muy justo y la cena con muy pocas opciones. No está a la altura de un hotel de 4* de Canarias. La calidad de la comida es muy baja, por ejemplo: si tienen beicon tienen el mas barato del mercado, y asi con todos los productos. Por otro lado, a este hotel le hicieron un mero "lavado de cara" y hay zonas sin reformar, tuberias viejas, las puertas del baño no las cambiaron, los pasillos sin reformar tampoco, acabados en general malos (no entiendo como el hotel permitió que el responsable de la reforma entregara así las habitaciones).

Mega, sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Vor allem ist Senior Perez vom Restaurant Tindaya hervorzuheben, der jedem Gast morgens, mittags und abends ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zaubert. Des Weiteren ist das komplette Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch die Hotelanlage ist Top, eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen :)

La habitación con la piscina privada es muy cómoda y silenciosa,repetiría sólo por la tranquilidad que tiene este hotel. Pero si decir que la comida para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear y deberían mejorar la calidad. En calidad precio es algo caro por sus comidas. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Desde mi punto de vista la calidad de los colchones podrían ser mejor. Es cierto que esto es algo muy personal, en mi caso y en el de mi marido hemos tenido dificultad para dormir debido al colchón. Comentamos este tema con recepción y nos dicen que todas las habitaciones tiene el mismo colchón de manera que el cambio de habitación no era una solución . Después de 4 noches descansando mal decimos abandonar el hotel de forma voluntaria dado que no descansábamos y para mí un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene que tener unos mínimos de calidad necesarios. Es la primera que nos pasa. Nuestra reserva era de 8 noches con régimen de media pensión. Quedándonos pendiente 4 noches más de disfrute. Hemos solicitamos el reembolso de las noches no disfrutadas. Comentamos al hotel nuestra queja donde en recepción fueron amables y nos comentaron de hablar con el departamento de reserva donde no fueron tan amables, diciéndonos que tenemos que dirigirnos a Booking que son los responsables de nuestra reserva. Nos sentimos completamente desatendidos y con una sensación muy grande de empatía 0. A día de hoy casi después de una semana, seguimos sin tener respuesta. Por el resto, hotel muy normalito pero con un personal muy bueno. Hemos esperado todo este tiempo para realizar la reseña teniendo la fe de que tendríamos una respuesta más rapida. Una pena que gestionen así las cosas.

I recently returned from a few weeks holiday at Labranda Golden Beach. I had a fab time there with nothing but praise for all the staff from the Manager down, nothing was too much trouble. Must mention Humberto ( the animator) who had a hard job to get people to interact with the daytime games! Weather was good most of the time. Especially enjoyed the singer outside by the pool bar one evening ( although slight interruption for some light rain).and was good to see the manger and family supporting the evening.yes I had every intention to return for the same number of weeks again this October, however when I checked prices for a holiday of the same duration and board ( either this October or next April), I found to my dismay the prices have increased by 68%!!! To say I was horrified is an understatement ( by the way this is with jet2) so don’t think I can justify booking back here at that increase ! I usually book for 7 weeks so I have to use jet2 !

The "All-inclusive" isn't really so, as almost anything at the bar has to be purchased separately. The food was of low quality, repetitive and often not fresh. The beds were single only and the pillows were terrible. While the hotel isn't far from the sea, there are a lot of buildings between it and the sea, hence the rooms with sea view do not really offer much of a view. Not worth the cost. Better hotels elsewhere
