Siamo appena rientrati dopo aver trascorso poco meno di una settimana in questo albergo affacciato sulla spiaggia di Sotavento. Avevamo prenotato una stanza vista giardino ma una volta arrivati e constatata la bellezza della laguna antistante la struttura, abbiamo chiesto un upgrade della stanza e il personale della reception (Nicole e colleghi) sono stati talmente gentili e disponibili da farci scegliere la stanza che ci piaceva di più. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, un luogo di assoluto riposo e relax, la piscina di grande effetto (grazie a Rafael per la squisita gentilezza) con cibo molto buono (la paella di Alessandro restera' indimenticata). Abbiamo trovato la location, il personale, l'accoglienza assolutamente di pregio e siamo partiti con tristezza perché saremmo rimasti volentierinancora per qualche giorno. Desideriamo ringraziare l'Innside per la bellissima vacanza. Torneremo!

Service überfordert. Unfreundliches Personal. Quasi keine Aktivitäten möglich. Management nicht ansprechbar. Absolutes NoGo: Telefontermin anbieten und dann nicht anrufen. Reiseleitung durch Alltours auch unterirdisch. Wollte uns am liebsten noch selbst die Arbeit machen lassen, die Fehler in der Hotelbeschreibung zu korrigieren. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an unwohl.

We checked in to this hotel and checked out an hour later - we have three mainreasons 1. We had to drag all our luggage from reception to our room - in front of everybody at pool 2. Keys did not work on door 3. Room was shabby and dirty - note photos including bed- really not right for the prices and four star rating This was such a pity as we were looking forward to our holiday - In fairness the staff were good. - we received the refund of the money we paid n hour earlier Avoid -

Another great holiday - thank you to everyone for making it so - all staff polite and friendy - professional and helpful -- food selection for breakfast and dinner excellent -- maybe a micro wave would be a welcome addition when the weather is'nt at it's best -- unfortunately it was cold ,wet and windy for our week at the end of March -- yes it is getting a bit pricey (for us at any rate) so we stayed for 6 nights instead of our usual 7. Reception were kind enough to save our usual room and unprompted there was a bottle of fizz in an ice bucket on our arrival -- birthday treat!! .Great relaxing vibe and even with the weather very enjoyable -- we hope for better weather when we return in September .Gracias - Robert & Alison

My husband and I stayed at INNside Fuerteventura for a week and loved our stay. It was situated in a gorgeous location and the hotel grounds were impeccable. We opted for a room with a garden and I’d highly recommend this. A few days were very windy and the garden was sheltered from the wind so we could still sunbathe. The rooms were simple, clean and comfortable. We had originally booked bed and breakfast only but ended up upgrading to half board as the food was so good (and we are picky!). As with all resorts, we had a few small ******* - as the hotel is small and boutiquey, there weren’t always a lot of sun loungers but the lifeguard on duty (who was super friendly and kind) was always on hand to help find a sun lounger. Secondly, we didn’t love new guests walking through sun loungers to get to their room. Slightly impacted the otherwise relaxing ambience. Other than those two small things, a wonderful trip.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel um Ruhe zu finden und runter zu kommen. Das Speisenangebot ist frisch, abwechslungsreich und gut. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Das Einzige was dem Haus fehlt ist ein ein eigener Wellnessbereich mit Saunen. Hierfür muss man im nebenliegenden Meliá Hotel reservieren.
