Less than 6 car parking spaces only, located in a narrow alleys. Better think twice before booking here to stay, if you drive by yourself.

Exmos. Senhores, Venho por este meio, mostrar o meu desagrado perante as condições oferecidas pelo hotel Eurostars Santa Luzia em Guimarães, que em nada tem haver com o que nos é apresentado nas imagens quando efetuada a reserva. Imagens bastante apelativas para aquilo que encontramos na realidade quando deparados com o hotel. Efetuei uma reserva de 1 uma noite, para poder usufruir de um spa que nas imagens me pareceu extremamente cuidado e de qualidade, mas na realidade em nada tem haver com as imagens. Espaço bastante menor do que aparenta ser, sem capacidade para acolher menos de metade da sua capacidade hoteleira. Apenas com umas 7/8 espreguiçadeiras, onde não consegui usufruir de nenhuma. Sem toalhas disponíveis para uso no respetivo espaço, água fria, um calor tremendo no seu interior. De ressalvar também, que o banho turco não se encontrava a funcionar, sem qualquer tipo de aviso e paredes mal cuidadas! O spa, assim como os quartos e os corredores, são espaços bastante escuros, com pouca luminosidade. De todo que não se torna um lugar acolhedor. Após a minha péssima experiência, dirigi-me à receção e expus o meu caso de desagrado. Nada fizeram! Vim embora sem qualquer tipo de reembolso e estive no hotel apenas 1:30. Acho lamentável toda a situação! Lamentável nenhum responsável ter vindo dar a cara e tentar solucionar o meu desagrado perante toda a situação. Não recomendo! Além disto, do pouco tempo que estive lá, deu para perceber que os quartos são bastante barulhentos e apenas tem 4 lugares de estacionamento, o que torna o acesso ao mesmo ainda mais complicado.

I came to this hotel in 2019 for the first time. I had chosen this hotel cause I wanted to use a pool. I really enjoyed my first time. Second time in 2023 was not that well as there were minor problems ( they changed the price for breakfast without informing us) but the pool on the top was ok. This time staff was extremely unfriendly. I asked on reception that i would like to use spa area, the weather was terrible but they didnt swich on the sauna before 10.15 although spa is opened starting from 9 am. There are a lot of hotels in this area so I will chose different one as the location a bit creepy too. I didnt give one star although I feel like doing it as the room was more or less clean (beside the strange fingerprints on the glass wall in the bathroom) so I realize that some people did their work properly.

Hotel close to the historic city center. Indoor pool and spa not very large but very clean and with very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and good, comfortable rooms. Very limited parking but with parks nearby.

Very good hotel! It is located in a quiet street, near a paid parking lot closed with a barrier. Very nicely decorated, quiet and well soundproofed rooms. Good and complete breakfast and friendly staff. I will come back!

Hotel very well located, close to everything in Guimarães. Relatively small room but super clean and cozy. Very good and varied breakfast. Regarding the indoor pool, it left a little to be desired, small and with only two water jets.
