Estuvimos en abril y como siempre todo maravilloso desde personal de recepción,camareros,animadores y limpieza. Comidas han mejorado mucho y si van con problemas de gluten te atiende fenomenal instalaciones muy bien habitaciones reformadas hace muy poco en fin todo genial volveremos.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in the rooms were amazing cleaned daily and even had a bath . As a large party we expected to struggle to find sunbeds but even in the day we arrived we were able to get sunbeds together no problem at all . The only problem was the pool was a little too cold . As a very fussy eater I don’t expect much but to my surprise I had something to eat our whole stay without any problems . It was a totally chilled holiday no loud music around the pool which was lovely. The hotel caterers very much for the Spanish very little English is spoken but it was a great holiday great atmosphere

Porque fui para relajarme unos días y fue perfecto el bufet bastante bueno por poner una pega el zumo de naranja no es tan bueno . La verdad la animación fue un poco triste para lo acostumbrado que estoy a esta cadena .Lo que más me ha gustado el trato de todos con los clientes muchas Gracias

Mi familia y yo nos sentimos muy decepcionados con el hotel y con una impotencia inmensa, ya que es la primera vez que vamos a un hotel y nos ROBAN en la habitación mis pertenencias (joyas de gran Valor sentimental) , informamos al hotel y ponemos la respectiva denuncia y el hotel se lava las manos indicando que no tienen cámaras de seguridad y que no ha sido la chica de la limpieza ya que en la lectura de la tarjeta comprobada por mantenimiento solo la habíamos utilizado nosotros como usuarios de la habitación y dicha chica que entró ha limpiar. Ya nos tenemos que regresar y nadie nos da una explicación, tan solo nos dicen que al día siguiente hablemos con el gerente del hotel con que el que aún no nos ha sido posible contactar, ya que siempre está reunido o fuera de su puesto de trabajo. Es indignante el trato recibido ya que esto fue el sábado y estamos a lunes y aún el gerente no se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros.

Recomendable 100% para familias con niños. Instalaciones y servicios para divertirse y disfrutar toda la familia. El personal de animación y mini club espectaculares, hacen de todo y se preocupan por que el cliente disfrute sus vacaciones. Buffet muy variado y personal encantador y muy profesional. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia!

A la hora del almuerzo ,teniendo todo uncluido nos advirtió la socorrista que las hamacas no se reservaman Max 20 m 2Tenian anunciado y previsto música en directo ara Sábado noche y lo anularon por fútbol sin previo aviso cuando ya lo televisaban en otro de los bares 3 Gente fumando en la piscina cuando está prohibido 4.Bufet sandía pasada y ternera dura 5.Uno de los Jacuzzis exteriores sin funcionar burbujas 6.Solo 1 barra exterior abierta cuando el hotel está overbooking ,tardando la cola hasta 1 hora para poder pedir
