Many plus points and only one or two minor negatives. WouLd suggest if you do not like young kids then this hotel may not be for you. Initial reception was excellent - staff very friendly and check-in very straight forward. Need credit card as details taken to cover and future purchases during your stay. We booked family rooms and asked for ground floor adjoining rooms as had young twins in our party. These were provided and we had an internal connecting door which provided to be a godsend. Asked for 2 x cots at time of booking and these were provided. Rooms are quite spacious. Good amount of storage and small kitchen area which had a fridge. Tea/coffee making facilities but would recommend take your own tea/coffee and milk can be kept in fridge. Bathroom had a shower over the bath - shower pressure good and water temperature easy to control. There are 3 x pools two of which are heated. One pool is specifically for babies/toddlers but is small. Slides etc for the bigger pool. Pool guards in attendance on the 2 bigger pools. Sun beds are plentiful and glad to say very few bothered to put towels on early doors as this is frowned upon. Notice that the pool areas and sun beds are thoroughly cleaned every night/morning. Buffet served in main dining room - somethings you have to queue for a few minutes to get in during peak times. Baby high chairs are provided - these are wiped down/cleaned before being provided to the next family - same applies to tables etc - cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast - food choice is good - hot/cold. Cereals/fruit/pastries and wide selection of breads/cheeses/ham etc.. hot food includes eggs, omelettes, sausages, tomatoes, black pudding, beans and some other selections. Eggs provided scrambled, fried, omelettes, boiled etc. . Bacon is not English and would have preferred English sausages. Lunch/dinner - fairly wide variety of foo both hot and cold. Particularly at lunch the cold/salad selection was gud. Hot food varied daily and whilst a reasonable selection the quality was perhaps not always the best. Evening meals had a theme each night. In the main lastly pretty good. As you will expect with such young kids - they do tend to throw food on the floor - once a family leaves the table the staff are quick to sweep up and d]clean the tables and high chairs. Noise levels in the restaurant also reflect the fact there are lots of young kids in there - kids do not run a round and we’re generally well behaved. During the day they have a poolside bar where you can get a variety of snacks. If on all inclusive these are free. Kids disco was popular and was followed by entertainment provided by the staff - Disney shows, musicals etc. good entertainment as long as not expecting too much. The poolside bar also had entertainment each night - usually singers. Pretty good. The majority of guests are families which young kids - aged 6months to say, 6 or 7. After about 10.00pm the place quietens down - poolside entertainment finishes at 10.30. Ni
