Great 4star hotel, with spa and good facilities. The staff are outstanding, and nothing is too much trouble. The food is Buffett style, with one visit per week to an Italian Al la carte - food was of a high standard with plenty of choice. Great adult pool, with an additional children's pool located away from main area. Rooms are large and clean but are a little tired. Revamp coming in Nov 2024. A really chilled vibe, with a great spa. Located on a small rocky cove, which is really for windsurfing only. Main beach only a 2/3 minute walk. Local supermarket and shops a very short walk away.

Great location in Costa Tegise, nice hotel by the beach with spa. Very friendly and helpful staff starting at the reception with very attentive Ana, Maira, Costi, Tomasz and Augusto through restaurant and bar - excellent and hardworking staff with Juan Pedro and colleagues to housekeeping (very clean rooms) and animation team with Laszlo in charge and spa - thank you, Santi. Great TUI representatives - special thank you to Marie and Carlos. As the hotel will be refurbished at the end of the year we are looking forward to visiting again next year. Highly recommended!

Fifth visit to the HD, same high standards in food, staff and accommodation . A great location yet tucked out of the way to the north. Ideal for walking and just mooching about. All the staff are friendly and helpful, you get the feeling they are genuinely nice people.

Great vacations that I have spent in this hotel, really delighted, exceptional staff that this hotel has, good facilities, especially the disco bar, delighted with him and his team, special mention many thanks to Gerardo and the young boy Kelvin for the latter such a fantastic week, I will see you again, otherwise the food at the main buffet is usually a bit monotonous, but that's okay, thank you very much for everything!❤️

Lovely welcome when we arrived late , Buffett was opened for us with a selection of cold meats and cheese etc…. Room spotless as was cleaned every day , rest of hotel also spotless . Food was your usual all inclusive but never had any issues finding something to eat . Beech right in front of the main entrance with sandy areas either side . Just a few minutes walk to cafes , bars and restaurant. Overall a good experience had by us all !!

Second time here for us! We had a fab time. Great food, brilliant entertainment and the Children loved it. Would highly recommend. Very clean, all staff very pleasant and welcoming . Location and sea views are excellent. Very close to walk into town also x

I found the staff throughout the hotel to be very professional,friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and tidy,the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was of a good standard with plenty of choice. I did like that,because I was half board,I could change from evening meal to lunch,no problem. The hotel is situated approx 10 min walk from the main centre of town which gave you a good choice of bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the area of Costa Teguise

We had two adjacent Junior Suites for our family group of 6. Great rooms, overlooking both the pools and the sea. Hotel was clean with comfortable beds. Good quality bathroom items. The fresh food in the restaurant was excellent. Good choice and varied menus. Couldn’t be better. With full board we had one evening in the Italian à La Carte restaurant. Best freshly made pizza I’ve ever had! Pools were clean although water was cold - but not as cold as the sea! Lots of sun beds so no competition. Hotel location is superb. Walking distance to shops and The Aquarium (small but worth a visit). Right on the coast with easy walks to nearby sandy beaches. All staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Booking for the terrific Aqua Park can be made via the hotel. Most useful to avoid entry queues . Evening entertainment was varied, although we found it too loud for us to chat so we sat out on the front terrace ( playing board games and cards). Had some great music there, including an amazing saxophone player ( played Baker Street ). Great choice of cocktails. The Brandy Alexander was my personal favourite. We had the best family holiday ever and can’t wait to go back.

Très belle hôtel cadre super beau personnels vraiment très bien agréable souriant serviable pas loin de tout chambre toilette hotel en entier propre et agréable repas variez et assez bon dans l ensembles.vu sur la mer de belles ballades a faire en famille
