Lovely property and friendly helpful staff.
Dining options were excellent and food was of a high standard
Our room was very comfortable - particularly as our balcony faced the sun - not all do as we heard from other guests.
Pools were not heated so with the windy weather and the slightly lower temperatures not much swimming took place.
It is worth bearing in mind that Reserve guests have access to a pool, lounge and other facilities which other guests don’t
Booking dinner proved problematic (although the buffet option was always available) and sitting up til midnight to grab an online reservation became a nuisance.
WiFi was slightly odd with much dropping out and signing on - but not a major issue.
We would stay here again.

Really great hotel. I stayed with my 2 daughters and we had a reserve suite which was basically 2 rooms with plenty of space, easy access to bathroom from either room, large walk in dressing area. I seen various reviews over food but really it was all extremely good. Yes sometimes something could have been hotter, but most food was hot and great variety of good quality. Great salads, cheeses meat fish - an option for everyone. We ate in all the al a carte which were enjoyable. Very nice good quality cocktails and wine. Absolutely no problems with food and drink. Beach bar great for evening drink. The singers and pianist are very high quality as background entertainment. Really enjoyed pilates yoga (weather was not great when we were there so did it all ) and Armond and Laura were great. The reserve pool was very comfortable , good beds , no problem getting them, lovely restaurant , bar As everyone says ALL the staff are truly wonderful, helpful, kind smiling lots (apart from one waiter in main restaurant who looks a bit grumpy but is in fact great fun and good sense of humour and i thought he was wonderful - i suspect he doesnt get credit he deserves but interact and you will find him kind and funny) I totally recommend this hotel as high quality holiday destination - (would go for reserve option ) almost seems out of place as Costa Teguise town does not offer much

Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you and be calm.One of the best best hotel ever stayed.Just bar need more staffing.Food was amazing .This hotel is not for people who want to eat and drink only its more for relaxing and enjoying .Stoping your time and just stay calm and be mindful.

Un hotel lleno d experiencias para pasar unos días tranquilos La atención especial personal y muy profesional La gente q trabaja aquí está llena d amabilidad y hacen la estancia muy fácil y muy satisfactoria lo q t anima a irte con la intención d volver Una mención especial a Yeray q nos ha hecho recorrer la isla sin faltar sitio ni detalle gracias a su paciencia y su simpatía dedicándonos su tiempo a explicar con todo detalle todo lo q no podíamos perdernos gente como él siempre hace q todo sea más fácil Otra mencion igual de especial a Angel el jefe d sala del bar gin ger atento cariñoso y un gran profesional siempre pendiente d q estés agusto y no t falte nada y por último sin dejar d acordarme a giovani del gin ger tambn autor d ese pedazo d cóctel sin alcohol de plátano un diez Resumiendo volveremos???…seguro !!!

My first solo holiday and was perfect location. Staff were very attentive and made me feel really comfortable. Lots of little touches like remembering which type of wine I havs at lunch or what drink I have in the evening made it very welcoming. Hotel pool is gorgeous and huge. It was a little cold but lovely once your in. The activities were great, especially the yoga and meditation. Was so nice practicing yoga outside in the breeze under the palm trees. Location of hotel is great, right on the Coast path so you can easily walk all around the coast and was lovely waking up to the sea view every morning. Fantastic relaxing break for one!

Nos ha impactado muchísimo, siendo un todo incluido, la EXCELENCIA de este hotel en todos sus aspectos… habitación, comida, bebida, pero sobre todo EXCELENCIA en el SERVICIO. Tuvimos una habitación The Reserve (merece la pena ya que el desayuno a la carta que ofrecen es increíble y la piscina tiene mucha paz). Fuimos recibidos por SALVA que junto a YANIZA nos hicieron el check in y recibieron. El servicio que hemos encontrado en los restaurantes ha sido increíble… destacando a YLENIA en Cappela, MARCOS, que nos lo encontrábamos en todos los restaurantes y nos ayudó muchísimo con la elección de los vinos, y JOSE y ANGEL en el ginger bar… Por supuesto, el cariño que nos han brindado el equipo de GEX liderado por CHLOÉ e IGNACIO y en especial a CRISTINA, que nos han hecho sentir como en casa…
