Absolutely wonderful hotel , your own balcony , so close to everything you can need you are literally right by the beach 🏖️ you have a supermarket on your door step , restraints and great places to walk up and down , I would most definitely recommend for family's ,solo, and couples , I had the best time and reception staff were so helpful with everything I needed

Great value for money, very clean. We booked bed and breakfast. The breakfast was great... large selection to include a full English. Friendly staff .. I love costa Teguise and will be back at this hotel again next year 100%. I have stayed at other hotels at the resort previously. However in terms of value for money, cleanliness & the great staff I would score this 10/10!

The rooms are tired and need updating furniture damaged the bed squeak everytime you moved, the staff in reception were ignorant didn't speak to you when you came in or went out,,the pool was good but the water was freezing the second pool was never open always had a red flag I thinking was because there was only 1 lifeguard

A comfortable well appointed apartment which included a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and cooker hob. Cleaning was done regularly however on arrival we found one mini hand soap and a single sachet of shower gel in our room. Nothing further was supplied, although we saw pump bottles of shower gel and shampoo on the cleaners trolley. That felt a little strange to us, particularly as other members of our group in identical rooms received them. The staff were friendly and polite. The "heated pool" was pointed out to us on arrival but it appeared to be no warmer than the unheated pool. A very convenient supermarket is opposite the building which was very handy if you are partly self catering. No coffee/tea in the room but a kettle and cups etc so not a problem. All in all the apartment was spacious and comfortable and conveniently located close to the sea and the main tourist ***** with bars and restaurants.

So many issues: Firstly this hotel is not clean! It smells so badly around the hotel grounds. Maintenance appears to be an issue with peeling wallpaper, overflowing bins, dirty walls and a balcony full of dirt. The pool area is not tidied and litter is left lying around on the floor, the drains around the pool stink and the children's play area was outdated and dirty. The locking of sun-beds until 10am is ridiculous and the lack of parasols is a major issue. The WiFi is useless! No aircon! The fan supplied did nothing to cool the room down. No fan in the bathroom so the drains smell. I honestly would not recommend this hotel and would never return!

fantastic hotel located right on the sea front in Costa Teguise. Rooms are quiet some size, with a huge balcony that easily accommodates 2 sun loungers and a table and chairs and still have plenty of space. Wifi was occasionally a little hit or miss but nothing too bad. TV only has 2(?) English language channels, but I wasn't there to watch TV. Mircowave and a kettle inside the room too. Bathroom had plenty of space. Huge wardrobe, so more than enough space for your clothes. There was a safe in their room, but you had to go to reception and pay for the use of it. Most hotels in the world let you use them for free! Breakfast and dinner were buffet style affairs. Breakfast pretty much the same every morning but dinner was always something different everyday. You wouldn't get bored with the food. Drinks you had to pay for but nothing expensive at all. Couple of pools dotted around the complex, so you should always find a spot somewhere. There is a bar, the Atlantic Bar, that offered free and daily entertainment for you to enjoy. Quiz, bingo, singer, that kind of thing. All staff very friendly too. The girls who run the entertainment side of things, really know their stuff and are customer orientated. The little girl with the crazy fuzzy hair is the best! The only bad thing I could say is the use of the safe, which in this day ad age should really be free, otherwise this is a great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the size of the apartment I had been allocated; usually as a solo traveller I find I'm given a bit of a shoe-box sized room with a single bed, but not here- My apartment was huge, with a large living/kitchen/dining area, a huge double/twin bedroom, bathroom with a full size bath and also two balconies- both of which had sea views (Block E11 3rd floor). The hotel is perfectly situated with Jablillo beach literally across the road and a short walk to the many bars and restaurants in Costa Teguise. The staff were helpful and friendly and the whole complex was well kept and clean. The room was slightly dated but absolutely fine for the price. I will definitely stay here again.
