Cotes-d＇Armor Hotels with Breakfast

Only wish I had read the previous review before I booked. We booked the family suite as we were travelling with our two kids (7,9). The main bedroom was a very generous size, bed comfortable, bathroom very nice and it was clean. The secondary room however was a huge letdown. The bed was very small, even for two kids and was honestly the worst quality sofa bed I have ever seen or sat on. There were hard bits poking out on the sides so both kids were pushed to sleeping almost on top of each other in the middle. The bed squeaked every time you moved and my kids had a terrible night's sleep. Note that this was with the addition of a mattress topper which did absolutely nothing to address the fundamental issue. We ended up taking the kids in the bed with us for the rest of the night. A huge shame and I only hope they listen to the negative reviews and replace the sofa bed with a better quality one because otherwise we would have had a very pleasant stay. Certainly we expected more at this price point.

Welcomed by a really helpful staff member who gave us a map and pointed out restaurants and places of interest. He also found us an electric fan for the room as the weather was gloriously hot! Room small but clean and functional. Breakfast varied and tasty. No problems at all with our 3 night stay. We paid extra for secure parking which was well worth the money.

Piccolo hotel nei pressi della stazione. Essenziale, ma molto funzionale. Personale empatico, gentile e molto disponibile. Colazione una sorpresa: curatissima e piú che completa. Alta qualitá dell'offerta: tè in foglia, caffè anche in cialde Nespresso, spremuta fresca sul momento di limoni/arance, semi e frutta secca, torte dolci e salate, varia frutta fresca, uova da cuocere al momento. A well-decorated and renovated hotel very recently. Good welcome. Personal and available. The room is spacious in the quiet courtyard. Quality bedroom. Great shower room. Les deux accusations à faire sont le manque de ventilation dans la chambre et donc une chaleur excessive la nuit et l'absence de magasins dans la salle de bain. Possibilité d'avoir de l'eau à l'accueil et des magasins. Petit déjeuner classique servi en buffet

Our fourth visit to Dinan and our fourth visit to Hotel Arvor. This time we stayed in a Superior Room which had a fabulous view of the square and had plenty of space to relax in. Decent sized bathroom with a shower over bath. We had breakfast only once as we were out and about for the 5 days we were there. The choices were okay but not really to our taste but there was lots to choose from so we did manage to find something to start the day but for us we would choose to go elsewhere in future as 13 euros each felt expensive for what we actually had but did not detract from our overall score. The location of the hotel is fabulous, very central. The staff were all very helpful and booked our restaurants for us each night which made everything stress free. Parking at 10 Euros a night is great as we were sure we could park our motorbikes securely and not worry about them in a public carpark. We will definitely return soon!
