You must know that the staff here show up when needed, no matter what time of the day or night. My husband and I were staying at the Three Ways House Hotel and getting ready for bed when my husband had a stroke. Being from another country and not knowing all emergency procedures in England, I called the front desk who summoned an ambulance right away. The night manager and staff handled all logistics with the ambulance staff, and made sure I had everything I needed. He even brought water to us while waiting for the ambulance. I was able to get a few hours sleep in the early morning hours before checking out to return to the hospital to see my husband. I could not hear any of the other guests checking in/out. The staff in the restaurant were caring, and asked how we were. The front desk staff also checked on me. The hotel manager made sure she checked in with me to see if there was anything further she could arrange. The staff went above-and-beyond to make sure that not only our health and safety were secure, but that we were as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel. They have an ramped-entry for those with mobility devices. It was well located in town, as well as to nearby attractions. The amenities for pets were very convenient and clean. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt like my own quiet reprieve. The bathtub was nice and long. The breakfast was excellent, and offered an English breakfast, as well as cereals, fruit, juices, teas, coffee, and bakery items. Parking can fill up quickly, but they are in a good location for busses to park. I only wish I could have tried one of the puddings!
