As Snowbirds we travel back and forth on the I-5 corridor and prefer a location that has easy on and off access. This Best Western is convenient to I-5 and several restaurants and gas stations. Our room was clean, well-stocked with toiletries and clean towels and the bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning with all the good stuff. What I want to emphasize in this review is how awesome the check in experience was with Jack. Friendly and helpful, he lent us a bottle opener for our club soda, a paper plate for or snack and was a pleasure to talk to. Such a nice change from the usual apathetic, bored employee we have encountered in other establishments. We will stay here again next year!
