My adult daughter and I had checked into the room around 5pm. The room smelled somewhat 'smokey' or maybe it was just musty, not sure.
After inside the room for a bit you could no longer smell it; which I guess is good.
When we returned to the room after a concert, they had locked the main hotel door so we had to walk around and find a door we could access; even with our key. You had to enter via their banquet facility. A bit irritating because 2 females walking around a hotel very early in the morning is not safe.

The photos for the double two bedroom are not the actual room or bathroom the hotel stated that or shows on the photo. They used the handicap bathroom on all their photos the bathrooms do not look like this. I have numerous bites on my body and the receptionist I found a bedbug on the wall of my room door and asked the receptionist to come look, her face said yes it’s a bed big but her mouth said “it’s not a bed big” it was brown and red and matched google perfectly and I showed her. You have to go to the back of the hotel door and if you’ve never been here you will need to walk to find where that is it is not as easy as you think. There is mold on the ceiling and in the shower. It is not a fresh clean hotel they allow pets o believe and the carpet smells terrible.

The pictures looked better than the real place. We got there real late...like at 2am due to snowstorm. Lady at front did not seem too thrill to see us even though we were so thrilled to have gotten there safely during a snowstorm. The room was not as nice as the picture they showed. Rooms were updated but looks like just patched up here and there, not total remodeled. If you gonna remodel, do all the corners/odds and ends but for the price we paid, maybe they put us in a not so remodeled room...I have no clue. I wonder if some rooms were better remodeled than others. The previous booking, I had to pay a higher fee for same room. I don't think I will stay again or recommend this hotel.

Its an average stay. Price is low so you get what you pay for. Bed is comfortable, but our room was run down and need some renovation. Shower is low pressure and was just meh.

I loved the personal service even though they had a big event. Took very good care of the event personal and still showed 1 on 1 attention to use! Impressive! Also the rooms are beautiful and the stockyards concept was great. will be comin back in the future!
