房間我們3人，很舒服，加床也才10鎊。晚餐選擇很多，有牛扒，味道也很好！服務nice。高爾夫18洞+租桿=31鎊，4:30一定天黑，4-4:30建議用綵球，不然找不到球的。

This hotel might be a little bit old but it's a perfectly acceptable and a comfy place to stay. The staff are very friendly and the views over the golf course are lovely. We have stayed a number of times with work and I will certainly stay again.

Once we arrived to the hotel we have done check in which we was given a key for room 113.
Once we open the room there was a couple sleeping that was waken up by the door opening.
I returned to reception to report the incident, we was given room 317.
Once we arrived to the room the room was freezing cold with the window half open, the bathroom was freezing cold with only towels for one person.
As it was very late and being over tired due to travel we decided not to contact reception.
Breakfast in the next morning was ok but coffee was almost called and hardly any bread left
I have reported to reception all the fiasco but i was told if we wanted to have another coffee and to complain directly to there manager.
This is a very poor service

Very disappointed. Flew back to the UK and arrived late into Gatwick so wanted something close by with late check-in available. The welcome was non-existent. We booked a double room but were given a twin so had get reception to change the room. Decor was tired. The best thing was the parking was easy.

For what we paid, it was fine. The hotel needs some TLC, the room could of done with a refurbishment. It was weird that the taps in the bathroom weren't long big/enough to actually get the water into the basin - the water poured all over the surrounding worktop! The bath was badly chipped - but it was nice to have a bath rather than a shower. The staff were very nice, getting a breakfast for the price we paid was a bonus. We liked the location as we walked to the train station and got a train into London to explore. Its a lovely old building - it just needs some money spent on it.

We had booked the Manor for a 70th Birthday party with family and friends and decided to stay the night. The actual party booking was handled with perfect efficiency, polite and clear advice on costs and room layout for our requirements. The party went off very well. We retired at the end of the evening to our room which was clean and ideal for us. We would truly recommend the Manor for parties and accommodation.

Out of all these hotels I have stayed, Coulsdon Manor is different because it is one of those historical building. It is located next to a golf course hence beneficial for golfers and you definitely need a car to get here. The bathroom was memorable with two sinks, a generous big bath tub and a separate shower corner as well. There was a nice poster bed, sofa but because I have an issue with windows, there were too many for my liking. This place is quite noisy because it is a social places so you will find lots of people going in and out so you will hear their conversations as well. The staircase, chandeliers and dining area was nice and grand.
