Great location, clean and friendly environment

All was really good. Very clean hotel with warm environment. Pool works till 11pm. Verity of food for breakfast. Hot water pressure. Hot water starts running in 1 sec

This hotel was clean, spacious & adequately furnished. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was substantial and the fale attendant was phenomenal- everything very clean and well presented. The pool area was very pretty.

The property was super clean, and the staff were very prompt, polite and helpful. When my TV was not working, within minutes of calling the front desk, an employee was in my room and fixing it. The hair dryer for my room fell off of the wall. The pillows were fluffy and soft. The pillows were nice and soft.

No hot water, bad smell in room, cheap quality, sketchy area

We picked Best Western over BridgePointe Inn where we stayed last time because their breakfast wasn’t very good. Unfortunately that was the one negative thing about Best Western. I think the food had been sitting in its warmers for waaaay too long. The tater tots were not even chewable and the eggs and sausage patties weren’t good either. Coffee had been sitting in its pot too long and waffle batter was very runny. After we got our food the friendly attendant refilled some with fresh food of which we tried the eggs which were better. She also gave all our children a bag of muffins which was sweet of her. There was LOTS of seating in the dining and lobby including multiple areas with couches or cozy chairs. I loved that all the rooms had vinyl flooring instead of rug. But there was a smell in the room that caused my throat to burn and I had a hard time falling asleep because it made me cough. It could have been because our window was by the swimming pool room? There was also a hair on the pillow and some hair on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise it was very clean. Pool area looked very nice but we didn’t get a chance to check it in person. I’d def recommend staying in council bluffs over Omaha based on motel reviews alone

The facility and room was clean! Easy to get to from the freeway too.
