First, I got assigned to a room that hadn't been cleaned. The next room was more what you'd expect from a Super 8. Paint chipped, a little worn, but pretty clean. However, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing. Bread for toast and cereal. That's it. Other places in the chain at least have a waffle maker. These guys aren't even trying.

My room had stuff left in it from previous people. Beer bottle broken in hallway. Door slamming all night long and guy running and reving his engine outside our window all night long. Seamed.like a crack hotel. Not safe environment for me or my children. Not going back.

All good!! Future would like discounts once in a while.i stay at these motels for travel when I visit family & for pleasure!I’ve stayed at super 8s for along time!recommend s8 to everyone!! Very kind I hadn’t had a issue at anytime!

This stay was horrible … hotel was very dirty and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom we did let the staff know and they didn’t care all they had to say was oh ok and refused to refund

check in for 2 rooms took over 20 minutes. got to the rooms,ours (#217) was missing a fixture in the bathroom and the room was disgustingly dirty. our friends room (231), was even more disgusting, blood like substance in the bathroom, ceiling had a tear in it, the sheets were dirty and there was spatter all over the walls.we went downstairs and left. manager on duty was very unfriendly, would not provide a phone number to call so we could get a refund and barely spoke to me. you have all the pertinent information. please issue my refund for the 2 rooms as the manager said he would. I also have pictures if you need them. i will not post them here so other do not have to see what we saw. thanks for ruining our weekend!!!!

The bath tub/shower had not been cleaned. The pillow cases were stained. No elevator to the third floor was not available.
