We booked this hotel at the last minute when our other accommodations weren’t suitable. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was good, the rooms were clean. Location is a few minutes walking to the train/metro, shopping center, etc.. it might be “out of town” but it’s was easy to get around.

Good : The room was clean and new and spacious. The electrical kettle and a fridge are equipped. The car park is safe underground(15 euro. It is not expensive in this region).
Minor points :The check out procedures take time . The car park opens with room key thus we need to drop by the reception before parking.

Very clean room and well appointed kitchen. Very professional reception. Already the third time I've been there and not the last 🙂. Hotel well located near metro line 1. 4 temps shopping center, supermarket next door 👍

THIS WAS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORSE HOTEL I RVER STAYED IN PARIS. WE ARRIVED ONE DAY KATE AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND, THEY PROMISED TO CLEAN THE ROOM AND ONLY CAME TO CHANGE THE SHEETS, WE COMPLAINED AND THEY MADE SURE HAD THE WORSE REST OF OUR STAY. HOUSE KEEPING COME INTO THE ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING AND FOUND MY WIFE HALD DRESSED (NO APOLOGIES OFFERED), ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL, DISHONEST PEOPLE REDUSING TO ADMIT THEIR CLEAR MISTAKES, CHARGED US TOO MUCH FOR BREAKFAST, ALMOST EVERYONE IN THIS PLACE HAD AN ATTITUDE. CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY ZERO.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPOIL YOUR VACATION!
