Worst experience, a male waiter had a very bad attitude!

A ce tarif ce n'est pas en phase avec l'hôtel ! Chambre typique de la chaîne, aucune surprise possible ! Parfois un ménage trop rapidement fait mais habituel dans le groupe Accor. Par contre le tarif devient totalement inacceptable ! Plus de 150 eut pour une nuit et sans petit dej ! Le service n'est pas à la hauteur de ce tarif ! Le client devient un simple portefeuille sur patte ! Attention pas d'offre de restauration réelle dans l'établissement! ( réchauffé des plats sous vide dans un micro onde n'est pas de la restauration)

Je suis restée une nuit dans le cadre d’un concert à La Défense Arena. L’hôtel était propre, bien situé et la literie confortable. La dame qui m’a accueillie était extrêmement sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner à volonté avec du choix! Dans l’ensemble un assez bon rapport qualité-prix. J’avais même une petite vue sur la Tour Eiffel de ma chambre.

Hotel, well located but a little expensive some days or even very expensive. Quiet area and hotel, my company has been staying in this hotel for years as an All member and for my part almost two years (plus one month per year). The rooms are clean and pleasant. All the staff are really friendly, welcoming and professional (including housekeepers because we often forget them). But what I appreciate here is above all the reception staff and more precisely the pair "Hassina and Lidya" who always have little touches or the gift of making you have a good time when possible. They are superb and have a very good relationship with the customer and we care about their well-being. I recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the ibis rouge Courbevoie team.

Very good stay, great reception and breakfast team. Comfortable and clean mattress, the impression that it is new, sufficiently spacious room and beautiful view of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower, well insulated despite the expressway of the quays with 2 double-glazed windows.
