Endroit propice à la détente et au bien-être. Très central, avec un cadre magnifique et un personnel aux petits soins, aimable, attentif aux demandes du client. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, vous serez très satisfaits. A une autre fois j'espère.

Большие, светлые просторные комнаты, очень удобная кровать. Расположение отеля очень удобное есть парковка. В отеле находятся два ресторана. Очень рекомендую отличная кухня большая карта вин и очень приятный дружелюбный персонал. Порадовала баня на улице и бассейн. Также есть небольшой спортзал. Очень рекомендую

Histórico Hotel con una situación excelente en la calle principal de Courmayeur. Habitación con magnífica vista sobre el Dent du Geant. Personal muy amable . Ideal Para unos dias de esqui en pareja. Piscina exterior con vistas top y sauna perfect.

Il ritorno del Direttore Claudio si è subito notato: durante il ponte dell’ immacolata con l’hotel strapieno il direttore accoglieva tutti gli ospiti, ci ha accompagnati personalmente al bar sincerandosi che il tavolo fosse stato riservato. Gentilezza e Ospitalità

Ho prenotato 2 camere per passare Capodanno con gli amici, premetto, che ci sono già stato varie volte prima in questa struttura. Al momento di prenotazione , sopratutto per la serata di Capodanno mi hanno consigliato di prenotare anche un tavolo al Lounge, dicendo, che facevano musica, come altri anni e la serata proseguiva al Bar con il DJ, danze e ecc. per i 6 adulto siamo stati obbligati a prendere 3 bottiglie di Champagne, altrimenti, niente tavolo. Ci sta, tranne che, purtroppo, per noi, al Lounge non c’è stata nessuna serata con il DJ o la musica. Bar vuoto. Prima, al ristorante, non ci hanno neanche messo nella Sala, ma al Bistro. Cibo pessimo, freddo, hanno sbagliato tutte le comande. Neanche servito i dolci, dicendo, che ß volevamo divertirci dovevamo spostarci al Lounge, dove, come descritto prima, non c’era nessuna animazione, e abbiamo saputo questo solo al momento. Le camere del hotel (avevamo 2) fredde, di cui una con il bagno/doccia inagibile, il box doccia non aveva le guarnizioni e allagava tutto il bagno. Il giorno dopo, al bar del hotel, ci hanno fatto alzare e mandati via, con la scusa, che il tavolo è stato venduto alle persone non del hotel , e noi clienti abbiamo dovuto andare in camera. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, da non tornare mai più!

Hotel non è all’altezza di 5 stelle. Camere vecchie, bagni piccoli con i sanitari vecchi. Doccia con le quarnizioni assenti e piatto doccia messo male, l’acqua dappertutto, diventa anche pericolosa per il successivo uso di phon. Tutto hotel ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione importante. Personale al bar e i ristoranti scortese, arrogante. Alla lamentela che il vino servito sapeva di tappo (detto da noi 4) il matre ha risposto che a lui non risultava 😡. Hanno venduto la sera del cenone con il seguito al Lounge (musica , DJ e animazione), con l’obbligo di 1 bottiglia di Champagne ogni 2 persone, ci hanno costretto a prendere 3, ma non c’e stata nessuna serata/ festa, senza musica. Mangiato male, con il cibo scadente, portata di pesce (rombo) non lo era, ma il baccalà scaduto e mal odorante. Attenti al conto finale, hanno cercato di farci pagare 2 volte lo stesso servizio. Sconsigliato!

Con la mia compagna abbiamo deciso di regalarci una notte di san Silvestro un po’ speciale e variare il classico contesto montanaro. Risultato: una cena di assoluto livello gourmet in un contesto magico. La neve cadeva sulla piscina mentre noi gustavamo prelibatezze nel ristorante arredato con sobrietà e belle foto in B/n del massiccio del Monte Bianco. Una esperienza diversa da qualsiasi cosa abbiate provato in Val d’Aosta. Serata top.

Siamo entrati in tarda mattinata per un po’ di relax, dopo lunga passeggiata, e per un aperitivo. Siamo stati accolti dal gentilissimo barman signor Giovanni. Seduti al cospetto del Monte Bianco, abbiamo sorseggiato un delizioso aperitivo con stupendo aroma fruttato, con accompagnamento di stuzzichini molto sfiziosi preparati in cucina. Al che, chiediamo di prenotare il ristorante: “è giorno di riposo”, ma il signor Giovanni ci prepara un intimo tavolino e ci fa preparare agnolottini “del plin” (stupenda golosità piemontese) e trancio di merluzzo con verdurine fresche al vapore. E meno male che il ristorante era chiuso! Grazie, signor Giovanni, delle sue coccole. A presto!
