Will be nice once renovations are complete. Lot of garbage and old funiture in the parking lots.

This place is disgusting and there is garbage everywhere. They are doing renovations of a few rooms and the parking lot has mattresses and furniture in it. The smoke alarm woke me up in the night. I had asked staff to change it when I arrived and it was beeping, which they disagreed with but I guess the batteries they replaced were dead as well or the alarm is faulty. This is the kind of place you sleep with a chair under the door knob. There are also huge gaps around the door. The mattress has a big sinking area in the middle. It is just disgusting. They should not be operating. There is nothing good to say about this hell hole.

We were treated very well at check in & shown to our newly renovated room. The new bathroom & shower was a major plus! We will be back for future stays!

Love staying at the Cliffe. Staff is always super friendly, eager to help and always extremely professional. Ash continued this excellent service right from the time of check in to showing us our room making sure everything was good. Then Mani making a special trip to the room just to confirm everything was adequate and to make sure we knew if we needed anything he was always available. Mani even remembering me from my last visit just made it more personable. Just don’t get service at this level nowadays. Awesome job Ash and Mani see you soon! Management you got two priceless employees who know what customer service is they deserve so much recognition!

Overall rating is good. Excellent customer service.
My only recommendation is the area under the door is quite large and let’s in a lot of cold air at night. Blocking it will help cut your heating bills and make it more comfortable for your guests. All in all I would stay again. thanks :)
