the halls smelled dirty and hall carpets were terribly worn.
At breakfast the waitress was overwhelmed and people had to wait for tables to be cleaned, plates, silverware and for the food to be refilled.

The insulation could be improved but bed was very comfy and location is very central.

Displeasing things in no particular order:
-getting a room in a different building than the main hotel so you have to walk out in the rain to get to the services
-cold shower because there’s no hot water
-Wifi disappearing at 1am
-no flexibility for a late checkout
-morning wake up call that wasn’t requested

The room and facilities were very nice and clean and the service was good.
During the night at around 2 pm young adults were racing around the parking and screaming and yelling for over an hour disturbing our sleep. Night person said he didn't hear anything.
