Sehr gut mit dem Zug erreichbar, unmittelbar beim Creux-du-Van und den Asphaltminen, herzlich-freundlicher Empfang, unkompliziert, feines und gut verträgliches Essen. Unser Familienzimmer bestand aus zwei mit Türe verbundenen Zimmern - war sehr praktisch. Hat uns rundum gefallen, vielen Dank!

Nach dem Besuch des Absinth Museum in Motier fuhren wir nach Couvet zum Mittagessen. Die freundliche Bedienung das sehr gute Essen haben uns begeistert. Selbstgemachte Pommes gibt es ja fast nirgends mehr schmeckten fantastisch. Grosse Auswahl an Absinth und feiner Neuenburger Pinot rundeten das Ganze ab

Einfaches Hotel, aber den 3 Sternen entsprechend sehr gut. Sehr grosses Zimmer.
Sehr gutes Essen und äusserst zuvorkommendes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Sans prétention, cet hôtel nous reçoit de manière chaleureuse, souriante et avenante. On sent que le métier d'hôtelier est respecté et apprécié ici. Les chambres sont simples mais fonctionnelles. Les prix sont vraiment corrects et le staff met tout en oeuvre pour combler sa clientèle. En effet, le petit déjeuner est servi à 04h30 ce jour là car une course est prévue dans la région, il y a de l'eau à dispo dans les étages, on peut laisser ses affaires sur place etc. Aller à Couvet ne m'arrivera certainement pas souvent, mais je retournerais bien volontiers dans cet hôtel.

Der Preis von CHF 193.00 für ein Zimmer war absolut überrissen. Das Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand, herunterhängende Tabete, abgeschlissene Türen, Mobliar zusammengewürfelt aus IKEA und Brocante. Als ich dies beim Auschecken erwähnte, meinte der Receptionsmitarbeiter, er nehme das zur Kenntnis und wandte sich ohne Grussformel von mir ab. Ich war sehr erstaunt, über den schlechten Service und die Unfreundlichkeit. Eigentlich ging ich davon aus, dass das Val de Travers Tourismus benötigt. Subjektiv erhielt ich den Eindruck: Man will mein Geld, aber dafür sicher keine Dienstleistung erbringen. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr berücksichtigen.

Un intérieur de bâtiment stylé, escalier en pierre, boiseries diverses. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Mais, pas de volets à la fenêtre, seul un semblant de rideau qui coupe le visuel avec l'extérieur mais pas la lumière. Une connexion Wi-Fi où on est obligé d'avoir un téléphone portable pour recevoir le code d'accès. Une cuisine sans magie malgré le tarif et l'aspect visuel correct, mais insipide. Un personnel globalement avenant. Très près d'une route avec un traffic non négligeable. Bref, pas fan du lieu.

Wir haben auf Empfehlung vom Mme Christiane aus dem Maison L'Absinth im Hotel de l'Aigle gebucht. Sehr freundliche und prompte Bearbeitung unserer Anfrage. Nette Begüssung bei unserer Anreise. Erster Eindruck: sehr stimmungsvoll, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zimmer sehr gross, sauber und gut ausgestattet, inklusive offener Kamin. Tolle Betten. Angenehme Dusche, samt Dampfdusche. Das Mittagessen im angenehmen sehr schönen und stilvollen Restaurant war sehr gut. Tagesteller und Speisekarte enthalten lokale Gerichte aus lokaler Herkunft - hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Servicemitarbeitenden sind freundlich und schnell. Zum Frühstück gab es ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, wieder mit lokalen und regionalen Spazialitäten. Wirklich toll. Noch zu erwähnen ist das Engagement für Lehrlinge in diesem Betrieb. Wirklich toll, was hier für die jungen Menschen und die Region geleistet wird. Danke, wir kommen wieder

Un établissement traditionnel mais au combien merveilleux, on y mange très bien (filet mignon de port à l'absinthe était un délice) avec un service de qualité. Le personnel est à nos petits soins :-) Je commande !
