There is also a large flat grassed outdoor area for games - badminton, corn hole etc. The house has an eat in kitchen, but also a formal dining room for those special occasions. The kitchen is loaded with all your needed kitchen assessors - Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, hand mixer, grilling utensils, George Forman grill, waffle maker, complete spice rack, ice cream maker, and more. The kitchen cookware is professional grade stainless steel. This house has a lovely and unique exercise room which includes several types of equipment. It also has yoga mats. The three private bedrooms all have blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. There are two full baths. The master bedroom has its on private bath. The rooms are quiet and lovely. The den is huge with a beautiful fireplace. The television is large with a dvd player and a large collection of movies. There is comfortable seating for all. There is also a good portion of this den dedicated to FUN! There is a round game table with ample seating and games galore.
