Very poor set up. Felt dirty and unkept. Very difficult night sleep.

Pets are “welcome” but they’re really not. They critique everything your pets do and act like they’re burdens. Told me my dogs couldn’t use the restroom on the property that I had to take them to the Mexican resteraunt next door. Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever stayed due to customer service. Shower head was broke off the wall. Pillows were thin as paper. No shampoo or anything.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful but the older lady that was there wasn’t very pleasant we had to bring out our dirty towels and they never cleaned the 3 days we were there. The back of the door was filthy when I went to shut it I felt something sticky. Overall I rate it as a 21/2

When i got to the room the front door bolts were loose. Also the bed cover had holes in them.And then the next day i ask why my room wasnt clean she responded there was only one worker there.

Poor Quality.Bed Discomfort. No accommodations: iron, blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, etc. no coffee or coffee maker in room. We wore wrinkled close almost entire stay. Had an event on last day of stay, had to purchase an iron.

The room that was offered was upstairs and there was a member of our party who could not climb stairs. Asked for a room on the floor. Stated there was no room on first floor available. Did not stay at this hotel. Had to get a room at another hotel.

I'm always treated very nicely by the staff and if I have any concerns or needs, they make sure to go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. I'll definitely recommend Motel 6 - Covington to anyone.
