Motel 6 Covington, TN

I requested a non smoking room. The room had definitely been smoked in. I ended up having a bronchitis flare up. The bed was ok. Shower was ok. The couch in the room looks like it was pull out the dumpster.

Stay was nice. Construction crew staying there were loud kicking off their boots after midnight, but nothing bad. Told front desk about light bulb being out above the sink

Refrigerator needs updating

Very poor set up. Felt dirty and unkept. Very difficult night sleep.

Pets are “welcome” but they’re really not. They critique everything your pets do and act like they’re burdens. Told me my dogs couldn’t use the restroom on the property that I had to take them to the Mexican resteraunt next door. Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever stayed due to customer service. Shower head was broke off the wall. Pillows were thin as paper. No shampoo or anything.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful but the older lady that was there wasn’t very pleasant we had to bring out our dirty towels and they never cleaned the 3 days we were there. The back of the door was filthy when I went to shut it I felt something sticky. Overall I rate it as a 21/2

When i got to the room the front door bolts were loose. Also the bed cover had holes in them.And then the next day i ask why my room wasnt clean she responded there was only one worker there.

Poor Quality.Bed Discomfort. No accommodations: iron, blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, etc. no coffee or coffee maker in room. We wore wrinkled close almost entire stay. Had an event on last day of stay, had to purchase an iron.
