Very poor service. There sheets are so dirty, room and bathroom are dirty also. It was a horrible experience for my family. So I had to cancel my 2nd day reservation and I had to shifted another hotel.

From check in to check out it was a horrible experience! The worst thing was the attitude from staff. I have never experienced such rude behaviour in the hospitality industry. This is not a hotel. 1. No towels Mosquitoes A bad smell 1 pillow between 2 And the list goes on We didn't get the breakfast we paid for and many other bad things, like being disturbed by room service at 12am to spray for Mosquitoes and 'checking'.
