Best Western Heritage

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Heritage, Cox’s Bazar. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location close to the beach. The rooftop pool and breakfast buffet were highlights of the experience. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cox’s Bazar.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, which made it easy to move around. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the environment was quiet and comfortable for rest. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of food options. The quality and taste were satisfying. One of the best parts of my stay was the staff service. All the staff members were polite, friendly, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The rooftop swimming pool was also a great place to relax and enjoy some leisure time. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar and would love to stay here again in the future.

Location us very good. Room was great but comepared to five status, the services were very few. The pool was very small and other facilities were few.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel does not feel like a real five-star property at all. The reception had no proper AC, the room had a bad smell, the bathroom had no proper shower partition, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were poor. Breakfast was chaotic and of very low quality. Tea and coffee were badly prepared, and the food quality was disappointing. The swimming pool area was overcrowded, very noisy, and lacked proper safety arrangements. Even after repeated requests, the staff did not reduce the loud music. The most unacceptable part was privacy and security. Staff rang the bell and then entered the room with their own key, which was extremely disturbing. Overall, this hotel felt closer to a two-star standard. Poor management, poor service, poor facilities, and a very misleading rating. I would not recommend it.

It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

Service is not bad not good but staff was good room was clean but reception service quality was too poor I already paid before 4 months ago by credit card but when I checked out that time was too longer But over all not bad
