Disgusting, rooms pictures are not exact and also they’re asking for extra money to get the same room seen online, Also don’t have any facilities

I recently stayed at the Best Western Heritage Hotel Cox's Bazar and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Upon checking out on June 13th, I accidentally left my wallet on the bed in room 4023. Within 5-6 minutes of realizing my mistake, I informed the front desk and returned to the room, only to find my wallet missing. Despite my prompt report, your staff had already entered and checked the room. My wallet contained my car blue book, driving license, four credit cards, a debit card, a metro pass, and approximately 15,000 BDT. These items were of significant personal and financial value. I had a pre-scheduled meeting in Chakaria that day and trusted the hotel's management to handle the situation efficiently. Confident that my wallet would be recovered, I proceeded to my meeting. However, upon my return, I discovered that no action had been taken to recover my wallet. This lack of response is unacceptable. I expected the management to conduct a thorough investigation, including checking the employee and the room where the employee was present, rather than simply questioning whether the staff had taken it. I am extremely disappointed with the handling of this situation. As a result, I will discourage others from using your services. Now, I am left with the burden of replacing all my essential documents. This experience has been both frustrating and disheartening.

Very nice hotel with great staff, great rooms and great food. Overall, an unforgettable experience that me and my friends will never forget. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to come visit this fantastic hotel. The sea view from the room was brilliant as well.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a sense of warmth that immediately made me feel at home. The reception staff efficiently checked me in, and I was swiftly escorted to my room, which boasted modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant, where Chef Rafia works her magic in the kitchen. I loved eating the cheese egg which was delicious, but Chef Rafia also took the time to engage with diners, ensuring that each meal was a delightful experience. Her passion for cooking was evident in every bite, and she graciously accommodated any dietary preferences or restrictions. What truly set Chef Rafia apart was her kindness and attentiveness to guests. Whether it was recommending a dish, sharing culinary insights, or simply exchanging pleasantries, she went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and valued. In addition to the hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and overall ambiance. The staff, from housekeeping to concierge, were always courteous and helpful, the view from the hotel of the ocean was perfect, further enhancing the overall experience. Overall, my stay at Best Western Heritage was nothing short of exceptional, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Cox's bazar.

1. Very good experience for my first time here. Excellent hotel near to Kolatoli beach.. Hotels facilities are tremendous. 👍👍 breakfast has reach and good food. Fresh food is my favorite😍😍. Egg omelette is enjoying friends. Room is well furnished and nice colour. Service man ziauddin has great services skills . I meet here with him and he is nice guy. 👌 I will be there in next year. Mr morshad is also great team leader and has nice smiles.
