In Cox's Bazar, this hotel boasts one of the best views of the sea beach. However, their service needs improvement. The food is less than average, and the rooms are of average quality. If you can overlook these shortcomings, it's worth considering for the chance to listen to the loud roars of the sea and enjoy unparalleled views. If they can improve their service, it would be a solid 4 for the location.

If you only want a pure sea view room Exotica Sampan is offering you that. There balconies are perfectly placed to enjoy the sea view. Other than that Exotica Sampan doesn’t offer you much. Their bathroom fittings are old and not well maintained. Their staffs tried hard to offering us a good service but they failed due to lack of professionalism. They are also offering buffet breakfast which was also vulnerable. So, the summary is you are giving them 60$ for a night to watch the sea from their balcony.

This hotel probably has the best view of the beach compared to any other hotel in the area. The location is also quite convenient, just a few minutes from the well-known beaches like Kolatoli. The room size was okay and the rooms were clean. They can improve the restaurant facility and menu though. Breakfas buffat was just basic. Rooms are expensive compared to facilities they offer. The main attraction is the view from the rooms. You can hear the sound of waves when you go to sleep and wake up in the morning. An early morning walk along the beach is highly recommended.
