One of the worst stays. Maintenance took more than promised. Noisy repair and construction works even at night! Dirty halls and insects in rooms. Not recommended. Waste of time and money. Stressful experience.

Не стоит верить неоправданно высокому рейтингу: всё очень так себе. Я заселился во время починки лифта, и администрация почему-то без раздумий заселила меня на этаж, где этот лифт и ремонтировали. Было обещано, что лифт отремонтируют в течение дня, но грохот стоял весь вечер, всю ночь, утро, день и так до следующего дня (пока я не съехал из этого чудо-места). Горячая водя в номере отсутствовала как класс. На одеяле было немаленькое жирное пятно: по моей просьбе его заменили, но на следующий день сотрудники обслуживания номера в моё отсутствие его вернули. Рабочие, ремонтировавшие лифт, не стеснялись ужинать практически у меня под дверью номера и даже прикорнуть там на полчасика. Вид с балкона: помойка, какие-то лужи, грязь.

Very good environment. Room service is good. MD JAHID HASAN (Room service boy) is a very good service provider. All food was very testy. Comfortable bad and very cleaned. Excellent security system. Thats it

I have stayed in hotel Uni Resort for 2 nights with my family. It was very very comfortable stay in this hotel. All staffs behavior is very good & services are very fast, food quality is very good. I think Uni Resort is one of the very good quality hotel in Cox's Bazar for family & couple stay. ❤️

It is really a very wonderful hotel and one of the best hotel in cox bazaar. If anyone wants to compare it among all the three stars hotel I would say it is simply best. I was stayed there 10 days and found them very cordial, net and clean, doing quick service and so on and I also found Niloy a very helpful person.

Overall good place and excellent hotel Uni Resort in Cox’sbazar. Room service is very good. Clean of room is good. Restaurant is also fresh and quality foods. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.
