La realidad es que fui un par de noches porque iba a un concierto y estuve poco tiempo anduve más en la ciudad, fue funcional para lo que requeria, las personas amables la habitación pequeña en relación costo concuerda, fui sola, me tocó un baño compartido pero la otra persona no estaba así que no hubo mayor dificultad. Si volvería si requiero solo un lugar para dormir y tener mis cosas. Gracias

Buena zona en Coyoacán en casa muy rústica donde todos y cada uno de los espacios están acondicionados como cuartos
Hubo una fiesta en el roof garden la
Noche del jueves con bastante ruido
No hay recepción aunque si atienden llamadas para resolver temas básicos. Limpieza muy general y con poco detalle

Todo el personal fue muy amable. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, limpio y esta muy agradable. La ubicación es buena, pero si hay que caminar bastante para el centro de Coyoacán. El hotel es muy recomendable.

We stay for 7 days. The place is nice decorated we stay at the pink room.
Staff is helpful when you ask for things but they need to realize guess needs before we ask.
I had to ask for soap refill even when the room was cleaned the house keeper didn’t fill it up. Next day I asked a lady and she did it happily.
The towels weren’t change and something that annoyed me was there wasn’t a towel for the floor.
We use a hand towel when exiting the shower. It was floor and the house keeper put is back several days on the place of the hand towels of course was visible dirty.
When I asked for new towels the brought new ones.
The place was cold some nights because our stay in December I asked for extra blankets and they did have them to us.
The last 3 days of our stay was very noisy with guess allow to hang out on the roof.
We weren’t baker to have a good sleep.
Casa Berlín is walkable and very close to the Frida Khalo Museum. The streets are beautiful and safe (a lot of private security).
My favorite part of the trip was walking Coyoacán in the mornings.
We found a good vegan restaurant with Mexican food we highly recommend.

No podria llam**** hotel sino casa de hospedaje, pequeño acogedor, pero cuidado no incluye transportacion desde el aeropuerto (te la cobran adicional), ni bedida de bienvenida, ni alimentacion con la habitacion, me parecio costoso para la oferat de la zona contra los beneficios de la propiedad, buena zona y segura
