Las albercas no tienen calefacción por lo que es imposible usarlas. El agua es helada. Asimismo, los shows nocturnos los hacen muy tarde y son dirigidos únicamente a los adultos. Los niños pequeños no tienen actividad alguna de 6 de la tarde hasta las 8:30 de la noche. Los buffets dejan mucho que desear, la calidad es bastante mala. Definitivamente no regresamos a este hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here from Jan 21-27th and absolutely loved it! Enrique was such an outstanding bartender at the swim up bar. He was always smiling and very friendly. Alfonso was in contact with us everyday letting us know what activities were going on and what kind of food would be served at the buffet for dinner. We enjoyed the food at the Fish House restaurant; especially breakfast. The housekeeping staff was awesome! They were very efficient and kind. Every worker greeted us as they walked by. Just an overall amazing staff at Melia Cozumel! We will definitely be back next year !

We really enjoyed our stay here. The food was good, and the staff made up for the shortcomings with the beds. They were so very helpful and nice! The staff made it a really great experience. From the guys at the front door when we arrived, to the waiters, the concierges and the staff at guest services -- all excellent. Alfonso was our concierge in the Level lounge, and he was fantastic! Santiago was also a concierge, and he was awesome and helpful too. Juan, Carlos, Martin, Maximo, Diego (waiter at the pool area), and so many others at the restaurants and bars, they were all so wonderful. I'm sorry I don't remember all their names! The other guests were really nice too. I love that they have a separate adult pool and kids' pool. I also loved the beach. The sunsets were amazing. We stayed in the tower (Tall building to the far right) on the ground floor and the only negative I would mention is that some of the furniture could use replacing especially the beds we had in our two rooms. They were a little too soft and squishy for us. If you like a firm or even a medium mattress you may want to ask if they have that in another area or another floor of the tower. But it was very nice and clean otherwise. Despite that, I'd really like to go back again.

Me gustaría que allá más variedad en los menús, más actividades y q sea un poco más fácil hacer la preservación de los restaurantesasi poder moverse con más facilidad si tener q perder tiempo al llegar De ahí en fuera lo demás esta accesible y al alcance de las manos

Mostly perfect. The water is a little green rather than the perfect clear blue, but still very clear and beautiful! Small enough for the quiet relaxation we were looking for, but big enough to still offer options.

My husband and I stayed 10 days from 4/17 - 4/28. The resort is very well layed out. From the pool areas to the beach areas everything flows. Very welcoming. Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The whole resort is clean and kept maintained day and night. The buffet and restaurants all had great menus and the foods were all fresh. Guest services were very helpful from needing a razor to extra tissues to cash exchange. Everyone we had inter action with was very friendly and helpful. Alfonso our concierge was very attentive and assisted us with dinner reservations and Bali bed reservations. He was always greeting us on the resort grounds when we would pass and would inquire to any needs we might have. We had an excellent experience. Big tip, the spa was amazing. Abril was awesome and I strongly suggest you ask for her. Hands down the best massage and spa experience I have had.

Clean facilities, staff always willing to help, cheerful, go out of their way, especially (Patricia, Alvaro, Jorge, Ana, Philippe, Eddie and daytime event coordinator.) Room cleaning was top notch. Fast room service. Very friendly not pushy sales people in store or on site vendors. Variety of food great. Recommend using the Meliá app to search out amenities, restaurant options, and daily activities/entertainmnet/buffet menu

there are better places to spend your hard earned money and time at. This place is getting run down. Way too much wind---glass bottomed boat scheduled twice. Cancelled twice.
