We’ve traveled the world and this is honestly One of the prettiest locations ever. Marco and David are both amazing. Dissatisfied about the snorkel gear having a charge and closing at 4…. Other than that….. paradise.

El hotel cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles, la recámara muy bonita y las instalaciones muy bellas y modernas, el servicio excelente, nos encantó que tengan bicicletas para conocer la isla y que esté tan cerca de el avenida principal.

The bell hop David was amazing gave great recommendations of where to eat. Was very helpful and always had a smile on his face. The room smelled like a sewer especially the bathroom. The food was gross. The bed was hard . The pools were great especially seeing the ocean from the pools.

Excelente opción para venir a descansar y regresar bien cargado de baterías. Los atardeceres son maravillosos y pueden snorkelear aquí mismo en el hotel, pregunten por el salvavidas Erwin para una mejor experiencia dentro del mar, David el bell boy para que les consiga vehículos de renta a buen precio y el servicio en el restaurante por parte de Alberto y Omar, siempre con una excelente actitud.

Nos gustó el concepto ecofriendly del hotel pero nos decepcionó mucho la limpieza principalmente de nuestro habitación. En cuestión de alimentos, las opciones eran limitadas y las porciones eran pequeñas, adicionalmente el sabor no era el mejor.

Lovely, lovely view! Like a dream. The views are breathtaking. Friendly people. The service is incredible. The food is great. Prices are reasonable. Rooms are simple and clean. Yaaaaay how to suck the sun and the water and some or scuba diving!

This is a wonderful resort! Just about 5 minutes from the airport. It is small but that isn’t a bad thing. It has everything you need. There is an adult pool, which is beautiful and has many poolside daybeds. The family pool is great too. The staff is amazing! You can snorkel right behind the hotel. The food was delicious too! My only criticism would be for larger TVs that offer streaming services as there may have been one or two channels in English. But that was easy to get over, all things considered.

The food was terrible. It was a fusion of mexican and asian. But it did not deliver. All food was cold, even when ordering ala carte. The restaurants servers were not very friendly to us( mexican nationals) we felt discriminated at times, as other foreign guests were served promptly and with good attention. Food wait times were ridiculously long even when the restaurant was empty. Drinks were ok. Facilities were ok. Ala carte breakfast was confusing, again as a result of the unfriendlyness of the servers.
