This is a great resort for day excurison From cruise ships. Beautiful beach and pools. Drinks and food were good and plentiful. Our waiter took great care of us. His name was Alejandro. Recommend for a great day Spend at least 3 hours here Take taxi to and from pier

El hotel en general me gustó, está alejado del aeropuerto y malecón, pero se llega fácil. Es un hotel muy familiar con un ambiente muy tranquilo, la playa es muy linda, el parque acuático infantil muy cómodo y seguro, las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas. Los alimentos y bebidas bien para el tipo de hotel. Lo que sí deja mucho que desear es el servicio al cliente, si noté mucha diferencia y preferencia por el turismo internacional y al nacional no nos trataron igual.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Was assigned a king bed at check in, but staff made it a point to change it to a two bed room as I was staying with a friend. The food was good and there were choices for everyone. The rooms and pools were clean. The staff was great. The beach was beautiful. An adult pool would be an awesome addition to the resort, especially if the main pool with the swim up bar became adults only. Overall a great budget resort!

El hotel nos gustó mucho, bonita playa, la atención de meseros y bartenders buena. La cena con Tepanyaki delicioso, gracias Chef Carlos. Y las actividades en la alberca, playa y show nocturno buenísimo. Te hacen el viaje muy divertido. Gracias al grupo de animacion. Arby es una persona competitiva y entregada a su trabajo, la manera de interactuar con el público es genial.

We had an amazing week stay at Allegro. Our room was a premier level room. Location was next to the main pool and premier beach area. The guys in the premier club lounge Santa Rosa were amazing. Alfredo, Luis, Omar and Christian took great care of us each time we were in that area. Our cleaning lady, the people in the front office and even the buffet area were so helpful to us. Met a lot of great people and loved the clean laid back a**osphere. The beach was by far the best we've been to in Cozumel.

We wanted a family friendly resort with a nice beach and dive shop in case I got the opportunity. Onsite dive operation was super. Property in general is fantastic. Our only second thought of ever going back would be the food. It’s not that it’s bad, it’s just that it’s not good. They have all the ingredients to put together great buffets but the kitchen staff could probably use better training. Food is edible and will make a turd but that’s it. If they can improve upon that we would return for years to come. We wanted this to be our regular spot but the food has us second guessing that.

Absolute paradise, the resort cares for its guests and it shows. Service was impeccable, activities were fantastic. Scuba and snorkeling were phenomenal. A huge shout out to Arbey, who was relentless in encouraging our group to play beach volleyball, he enriched our already excellent experience. Big thanks to the whole staff!
