Stayed there years ago in the late 90’s when it was $20/night U.S. Now, it’s $47/ CDN. A classic diver hotel. Basic, clean, safe, and simple! Hot water comes and goes.Had a King bed and A/C with fan. No TV. They offer breakfast. A great coffee shop a few doors down toward the ocean, “Sugar Sale”! Housekeeping daily! Great staff! A block and a half from the beach, 50 ft from San Miguel Square! Scooter rental right across the street! “Cozumel Dreaming” sushi restaurant (excellent) a few doors down the other way! Smoking’ deal!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Purified water is provided near the entrance. I have stayed here several times and find that Viviana is easy to schedule with and has been very helpful while I have stayed. Soon I will be visiting for seven (7) weeks. I dive with eco divers.

This hotel is very basic. In my opinion, it is all you need. The wifi was a little spotty at times, but overall it was a nice stay. Would recommend.
